Shiv is talking to gauris pic and gauri is standing in the doorway with samar listening. Ippy talking to gauri and telling her that she cant live without shiv. Gauri and shiv talking on the bench, and tells him to get married to Ipshita coz she was his first love.
Gauri - shiv I always wana see u happy. that's why I want you to return to ur first love. You have to marry Ipshita, Shiv
Shiv - are u mad? Do u even know what u r saying. I know she was my first love but u are the one that I have learnt how to love from. You are my true love. Since u came in my life u became mine, than I got to know why I cudnt be anyone elses. Ipshita taught me how to live in love, but you taught me how to live for love. I love you a lot and I cant live without you. I know you are only saying this coz u think that I betrayed you. don't look at me ever. don't ever talk to me. I will tolerate everything gauri. But please don't make me fall low in my own eyes by saying to marry Ipshita.
Gauri - but I don't have a life to live anymore
Shiv - pls gauri don't punish me this much
Gauri - but u have to marry ippy as she is going to be the mother of ur …… now when Anupam is leaving her, we cant betray her as well.
Shiv - no I will not marry ippy and never say this again
(Gauri thinks to herself that what she has to do. Shiv walks away. Ipshita comes out from behind thinking to herself that gauri has done what I wanted her to do. But shiv has rejected her idea. Now I have to do the thing that will make u complete gauris last wish.)
Alok, Pishima and Kaya in a room. Alok is crying.
Alok - I can not believe that my daughter is dying. I have loved her so much. I never thought I would have to carry her body on my shoulders.
(Alok walks away leaving kaya and Pishima standing there. Samar and Machaan standing on the doorway listening to them talk. Samar sees Kaya crying and is thinking to himself that maybe he should tell Kaya what Nikhila and Ippy are doing and that Gauri is not sick. But than he thinks that if he tells them than he will get in trouble as well. Machaan is forcing Samar to go in and tell kaya about how he feels. Samar doesn't want to do it. Machaan shouts Kaya and than shoves Samar in front and hides behind the wall. Kaya looks up and thinks that Samar called out to her. Samar than walks over to kaya and tries to talk to kaya but he can not say anything much. Instead of telling her how he feels he tells her that its time for her to have dinner now. Machaan is standing and listening to all this. He knows that Samar wont do anything so he decides to do something. He turns the light off in the room. And than walks over to Samar and says that say what you have to say. Samar jumps up and goes over to Kaya, saying there is a ghost in the room. Kaya says its not a ghost but must be a thief so he shouts "thief thief". they both grab a hold of Machaan and beat him up. Suddenly the light comes on and they both see that it is Machaan. They start laughing.)
BREAK
Ippy Maya Nikhila and Samar in a room. Ippy hands over a bottle of tablets to Samar.
Samar - what's this?
Ippy - this is the same tablets that you used to mix with gauris food
Samar - no I wont do it anymore
Nikhila - samar my son, u know I am doing this all for Shiv na. coz he loves ippy. And I know u love Kaya so I will do the same for you as well. But u will have to keep doing what Ippy just told you to do.
Nikhila walks over to Ippy. Nikhila - ippy, now that our plan is successful, what is the need to put the tablets into gauris food now?
Ippy - aunty, these are not the same tablets. They are even more powerful, which as soon as gauri eats the effect will be instant and also her condition will get worse. And than she will make shiv marry me even more sooner.
Gauri sitting on a sofa thinking about everything. She hears "mummy, mummy". Looks around and sees her kids running towards her and also Mahen, Ram, Dadaji, Ayush, Samar and Machaan with them also.
Gauri - arey, u guys here.
Mahen - yes beta, the kids wanted to see you so Samar suggested that we all come here and we can have dinner here as well.
(Samar walks over to Kaya and says that see I told you that if not outside the house, at least I will have dinner with u inside the house. Pishima says to Kaya that lets go and make some dinner. Samar stops her saying that tonight's dinner will be prepared by himself, Kaya and Machaan and that she should just rest. All three of them go into the kitchen. Machaan starts helping Samar to cook meanwhile Kaya stands and watches them. Samar keeps on saying stuff to Machaan and than he thinks to himself that I have never ever even cooked for my own dad, why the hell am I doing this. So he throws the vegetable at Samar saying I am not doing this for you anymore, only coz you cant tell Kaya that you like her. Samar tries to stop Machaan from saying it but he does and kaya hears him out. Machaan than leaves the room and Samar and Kaya are left in the room alone. Samar looks at Kaya and she tries to hide her face. Than they both start making the dinner together.
Dinner is served to everyone after a while. Everyone is sitting down on the floor and Kaya and Samar serve the dinner. Gauri is feeding her kids.)
Samar - gauri u haven't eaten anything, you should eat as well.
Gauri - no im ok. I'll eat later.
Samar - no u have to eat now. Wait I will get u some food.
(Samar walks over to the table and takes out the bottle of tablets from his pockets. He puts 2 tablets in gauris food. Puts the bottle back into his pants and turned around and sees Kaya standing right behind him. He goes into a shock thinking that Kaya has seen him putting the tablets into the food. But instead Kaya takes the food from him and says that "Samar, give I'll serve the food. You go sit down.)
Shanti - mummy, why arent u eating. Are u waiting for papa to come?
Kaya - hold on didi, I will go call Jiju and tell him to come.
(Kaya walks over to the phone and rings Shiv)
Shiv - yes Kaya, what happened
Kaya - jiju everyone is here and we are just about to have dinner. We just waiting for you. Why don't u come also.
Shiv - I am sorry Kaya. I am stuck in the office. Got a lot of work to do…..
(on the other side, gauri is nearly fainting after taking a bite of the food. Samars face changes. Everyone is in shock. She falls to the ground. Alok calls out to Kaya "Beta look what happened to ur sister". Kaya still on the phone looks around and says "didi". Shiv hears everybody calling out Gauris name. he knows something is wrong. Gauri faints to the floor and the camera flashes on everyones face)
BREAK
Samar walks into the room. Nikhila and ippy are sitting. Samar hands over a knife to Nikhila and says "kill me mummy ji kill me. What u guys wanted has happened. What did u give me? As soon as gauri ate the food she collapsed to the ground". Ippy smiles to herself.
Samar - look, look how she's smiling. Listen mummy ji, my work here is done, I am going to be in the other team now. I am leaving this team. I will tell them everything.
(starts to walk away, Nikhila tries to stop him)
Ippy - let him go aunty. What will he tell them? That gauri isn't sick. That she keeps fainting coz of the tablets that we give her. The same tablets that samar puts in her food. Let him go. (Samar stops and thinks about it)
Gauri lying in the hospital bed. Shiv enters. Goes and sits beside gauris bed. Gauri tries to get up but shiv actions for her to sleep. Shiv and gauri are both crying.
Gauri - shiv I don't have much time to live anymore. I want you to return to ur first love. I want you to marry Ipshita when I am alive so that I can die in peace.
Shiv - no gauri, I will not marry Ipshita. Stop saying that she's my first love. She might have been my first love but you are my love now and my last love. I can not live without you.
Gauri - shiv, I do not have much chances to live. But even if I do, I will not be able to live with you, coz your betrayal will always come in front of me and keep reminding me of what you did, so please listen to me and go and get married to Ipshita.
(after saying that gauri turns her head to the other side of the bed and starts crying. Shiv gets up and walks away. The episode ends while Gauri is still crying)

Nikhila, Ipshita and Maya are sitting in the lounge. Samar is saying to Ipshita that thanks to you gauri is dieing. She does not have a tumour but because of your tablets she is in icu now. First you made Anupam have an accident just coz you wanted to marry shiv and now you have made Gauri land in ICU.
Sukna is standing in the doorway and hears what Samar is saying. Camera flashes on Ipshita and Sukna many times…….
