he is totally faithful to gauri..

remember that scene when he told gauri that "samjhaute ki zindagi"with her never..she and his kids are his world and life..he wants to wake up every morning seeing gauri's face and for him "zindagi jeene ka matlab hein"to be with gauri ..

i think these words means a lot and that he cant live without gauri as she is the source of his strength and definitely he loves her...his way of expressing his love for gauri...

shiv was telling nikky about his behaviour towards the kids and gauri and thats y nikky was telling him she will forgive you as you were drunk...
