I feel ipshita is playing games against Gauri....She was the one who had instigated gauri to tell the whole family about what she saw and to "follow her heart".....
I have a feeling that she knew Gauri would be taken wrong by the whole family and even shiv's mom (forgot her name) is sad by Gauri's attitude!!!!
