I think hiten has cancer in this serial don't you agree? As who talks such philosiphical stuff and why would he be giving her a lecture on how to live life or c'mon they were playing the heartbeat music of kal ho na ho in his background and he was acting just like srk i mean he was making same type of expressions and holding the bag same way as srk does. remember in k3g how srk entered he was holding the bag just like that.

so what it also can be influenced a bit from kal ho na ho and I am not dumb to think that it's a copy of kal ho na ho i know it is on extra-marital affairs which is kabhi alvida na kehna.

The Kal ho naa ho heartbeat is played in others shows too, like Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka, I'm pretty sure its like Kank

It reminded me of KANK. The scene was very similar to the scene in the movie.
