The episode was okay.
I liked how Vivaan managed to escape from the police station while they showed Meera looking around the khandar. Meera's conversation with the kidnapper was confusing/inaccurate and just made Vivaan seem like a naive 'outsider' NRI. His reaction and subsequent beating of the goon was as expected from someone who had lost so much. The dialogue was not so good and I felt AdiJit were not convincing in the spoken part. Their silent reactions were good.
The shooting scene was not so good and Baraar could have easily stopped it happening. Plot device no doubt. They could have cut MeerVaan's dialogue and shown Vivaan lifting Meera then moving out of the khandar.
At the hospital, Amar Dhingra threatening to kill Vivaan was over the top, though I can understand his concern for his daughter. The dialogue here was also cliche. The operation scene was not high-tech but was much more convincing than previous ICU scenes in Kaleerein.
It was nice how Vivaan to drawn to the Draga by a call to prayer and it was a small relief that he was not self-harming. I did not like the fact that he was convinced by the baba that his prayer would carry more weight if he walked on burning coals. It made him seem gullible even if the scene was meant to convey a soul connection between MeerVaan.
Did not like the pre-cap. Vivaan is now the 'outsider' even in Dolly's eyes, Meera being emotionally blackmailed while still in a ICU was cruel and Vivaan drinking away his sorrows was not good...
