In the film, there is strong emotional scene from the wife, because she thinks the fathers actions have caused the death of their son by the blackmailer. She blames him, berates him and has an emotional break down. The father cries alone too. When the mother is calmer she goes to her husband and they grieve together...

The son is still alive...

I have given up. When ME1 had come out, I had thought that M-V were out of character for that epi from the few scenes I watched. Some of us were so invested in the subtle story telling and in characters that did not need dramatic moments to establish their "strength"... even a bit of a deviation for an ME was noticed by most of us here. And now that looks like classic in front of what the same characters have become.😆

I am gonna watch ME1 this weekend. Never thought I'd ever write that tho.🤣

@sree I feel you. I guess I have come to terms with the fact that things arent going to be the way they were. Like kaleerein was pretty cliched but it still had a charm to it cause of that subtlety, like you said. But idk why when it comes to Vivaan, I feel like I get where he is coming from, irrespective of the fact that he is far from the guy we saw in the initial episodes.

Emotional ataychar I can expect from ITV. Vivaan's angry actions, Meera pushes him away, he falls, cries and she consoles him...

Kidnapper/blackmailer happy that he made a tamasha out of MeerVaan's relationship in public. #ThinkingLikeTheCVs

Writers need to get one thing clear, audience do not like to see MeerVaan fight and it will not help their TRP.

We do not want to see our jodi reduced to tension with no sign of their love.

Some viewers start to blame ether Vivaan for supposedly being rude or Meera for being the typical female lead. So it is better for writers show distance between them without the constant negativity.

News channels are also reporting the show wrongly. The OLV was related to the car blast where Pammi might have lost her life, but they highlighted Vivaan and Meera's argument. They give viewers the wrong impression.

Kidnapper is anyway happy because hero just gave in to his words and broke off relationship. That was what he wanted.

Vivaan's instinct to dismiss the marriage like that cannot be justified. OK when she spoke to PK over the phone and Amaya was harmed supposedly by PK... Fine as they already had this arrangement between them. Next time when he was shot at in the name of PK. Understandable if not justifiable.

Then he accepted his love... Had all those monologues, then all that self harm in the name of passion... And again call off the relationship when crisis strikes? Marrying her without her consent was in itself wrong but the basis on which he had steadied himself to take that decision of marriage,... the character could not have been written like that now! At least not at this juncture of the story. His was a strong characterization... There was no way he'd go back once he accepted his love.

Basically, CVs don't think!! And BV just keeps proving me wrong!!
