From what I have read:

They will not be shooting in London. It's a coincidence that Arjit and Aditi are going to London. The scenes that are supposed to be London will probably be all green screen.

Update: I don't think Pammi and Amaya get kidnapped in London. I think they get kidnapped in India by Sherri and Roma. Vivaan hands the divorce papers after he returns home from dropping them off. That means PK and Amaya have not left India yet. So maybe there won't even be a scene shot with green screen of London. Roma is also the only one that will want Meera and Vivaan's divorce.
