I don't know that he's off, but I think he's just doing a great job with his character and that's why we are not liking him. It also could be that he's just not feeling the anger and so it's hard for that to translate for the camera. I'd have a hard time too because of how nice both Aditi and Meera are. I wouldn't know how to yell. Plus he must be really tired. So it could be a combination of things. In my eyes I don't think anything is wrong though or he is off. I really just think we are all annoyed at Vivaan for being an idiot
