There is a probablity that Neels gives all her sothu to Chandra soon either in birthday or at the time that Neels gets accidently pregnant and comes running to ask for help from Chandra.. Chandra is probabley goign to bring the topic of sothu😉 i think the same way - maybe Chandra purposely did get pregnant to get the sothu - she is not a warm person - so i don't think she would love someone other than herself

urrmmm I dun think she likes it when SM told her about calling Neela madam at office. But its right also. Wat bout u guys?? I ur the boss and your best buddy comes there to work, do you treat her in a different and special way or would you tread her the same as other staff?? 😉

Is Neelambari right or wrong here for not saying HI to her at the Reception? 😛

i agree nets, whatever the relationship outside the office, at work your boss is your boss...neela seems kind yet professional..she gave the job to chandra because she was good enough for it, not just because she was her old friend

Neela came from abroad and how did she knew about Chandara's capabilities - i think Neela gave her job because chandra was her classmate and this job would give her more salary and better place to work.

SM is right - best buddy can work

work is differnet form friendship

don't want to buddy buddy at the office - other employees get the wrong idea and don't even tell Neela if Chandra make the mistake - or friend can take advantage of the situation

i would say Neela did the right thing

as long as Neela give Chandra respect its ok
