Hmm. You do seem to be in your early teens? 😛 It's perfectly alright though 😃

We'll need to jump back to previous chapters to understand the purpose of this scene 😉

In short, though lack of intimacy is one of the major reasons for a troubled marriage, it alone doesn't cause turmoil. It takes several jumbled up reasons to weaken an otherwise strong relationship. In the upcoming parts, we're also going to see one major solution to all these problems which these two haven't done so far in earnest :)
