Chapter 5:

When Alia came I still was on the floor. She came to me slowly may be she was scared. Poor girl.

"Umm, Nandini.." She attended me. Looking into my face she started again. "You have to be ready Nandini."

I was already to tired too react.

I didn't have any energy to fight. Right now I don't have any way to run outoff it right now. Nowhere to go.

She made me stand and I went to bathroom. I washed my face and looked in to mirror. I saw the face of girl who was so excited to meet his brother. The excited girl who was going to India's best music institution. The only dream she had dreamed of. The bubbly happy excited girl went lost somewhere. I can only see girl who is going to merry the King of underworld. The powerful person who makes people dance on his one finger. How am I going to accept this? I was too lost I didn't realise when Alia came and stand by me.

"He is good person,every girl wants to became his and he is after you. You are very lucky." My mind have stopped working while Manik has said he will save me by merrying me. So right now when Alia spoke that I choose to ignore it and went out off bathroom.

I changed in red sari and started to be a bride. Alia helped me in make up and all others works for what she was appointed.

Someone knocked the door. Alia went to answer the door. A man said Alia to bring me downstairs. That means everything is ready for my marriage with Manik.

She took my hand and took me downstairs.

The person who already set there was diffent from whom I met in his room. He was in red sherwani. The dark eyes met with my brown eyes. I stopped on my way. We looked in each others eyes. I was too lost in those eyes when I didn't realised when he came by my side and took my hand from Alia and places his hand on my back.

We set on our place while Panditji chanted his mantras for marriage. The time for Phera Manik took me in his arms to took Pheras.

Very all we were married. I Nandini murthy is now wife of the powerful person who is standing Infront of me while talking with his friends. I am Mrs. Nandini Manik Malhotra.

My one wrong step made my life upside down within 24 hours. I made big mistake of my life by coming India without informing my family. If Bhai would have known this won't be happened. I was too tired and stressed that I started feeling dizzy within no time I was going to collapse on the floor but two strong pairs catch me and took me in his arms. I felt he took me in some silent place becouse I didn't heard the sounds which were in hall during our marriage. I felt smooth silk behind my back while he made me lay down on his bed. Within no time I drifted in sleep.

I was on my way in shopping mall with my friend Navya. It was holiday. Navya is my roommate here. She is basically from India as am I. We were having fun while I took one top and went to changing room to look whether it fits me or not. Before I went in someone grabbed me from behind.

He pull my hand with him and within no second we were at empty room and he locked room behind me. Before I can react anything he push me back and I collided with door behind me.

He griped my shoulders with his hands and looked in to my eyes. I felt disgust and shouted on him.

"Leave me Harshad" I started to struggle in his grip. "What the hell you think you are doing" I shouted on him again.

"Why you reject the proposal Nandini" his grip became tight on me.

"I don't wanted to accept that's why I rejected. Is it too impossible to make you understand that I am not interested in you?" I spat on him.

He was too furious. I can see anger in his eyes.

"I will make you mine in my way now Nandini enough of your drama and enough now playing good boy image."

He pushed himself on me.

I was crushed between him and door. His grips were too tight that I started suffocating.

I can't breath properly.

"Leave me"

"Please leave me"

Harshad grab my face between his hand and took my lips in his. I stopped breathing.
While he left my lips I shouted again.

"Help someone" i cried.

Tears were falling from my eyes continuously.

"Nandini"

"Nandini wake up" a strong voice came into my ear.

"Sweetheart wake up you are having nightmare" a voice started to brag me from my dream.

I opened my eyes.

The surroundings were not familiar.

It took me minute to recognise that I was in Manik's room in his bedroom.

I was sweating like hell

"Jesus" Manik took me in his arms. We were laying in his bed.

"What happened to you? What were you watching in your dreams Nandini?" Manik asked me while his hand were on my back comforting me while other was in my hand which I had gripped to tightly in my dream.

"He will kill me" I wishpered.

"No one is going to kill you baby. I have got you baby. Don't worry". Manik pull me on him. I was laying on him flatly.

"Sleep sweetheart. I am here don't worry."

I took deep breath and placed my head on his chest. I felt safe I don't know why Thinking about that sleep took over me and I slept.
