The first time I watched the video, I only liked the music.. it was engaging enough that my mind did not register the voice. The visuals looked beautiful. Both Niti & Sid looked cute to me. From the song all I remember is paagalpan mera... that bit is catchy. I remember a couple of cliche scenes from the video. Nothing mindblowing n all.
I watched again n again for the song. Still couldn't get it. Then shut my eyes and heard it a couple of times or more. I really like the female voice but just couldn't get the lyrics. Male lyrics is easier but was it in sync with the video? The song is nice as a stand alone but it simply did not go with the video. The scenes were totally random.
She's crying at the poolside at the start of the video. Then she dreams of him diving into the pool with her. Underwater visuals God only knows why it was there. They were swimming, rotating, anything but enjoying. Sid managed to smile though underwater😆 Next, why was she sitting on his back when he was reading the fairytales to her?🤪 Both look like kids for him to babysit her. She looked too childish n rondu in most parts of the video. There was nothing intriguing. No concept, story, chemistry..only randomness. And then jump to the accident scene. Car ki bonnet ne ek patla sa pole se takraya and ye dono behosh hogaye?😕😆 She ends up in the hospital with a broken nose.
How do I judge the acting/expressions now when I don't even know what's happening n why?😕 Niti looks beautiful. No doubt but do we need a music video to see how beautiful she looks? What was the purpose of the video?(I'm having a KY2S2 de ja vu) Are we supposed to feel for the characters in the video? Did we really feel anything? I have seen so many music videos with tragic end that actually left me depressed but this.
Also, I checked the description of the video. It is apparently a "beautiful" teen love story, first song of the boy band Lucky7. Now does that ring a bell? Boy band - Naadaan Parindey? It also says it's the official song and video of Parindey ka paagalpan. More like wannabe-pan🥱 Kuch bhi tha video!
And let's get real - this is the result of VG's obsession with Parth. It starts and ends there. Period.
