CHAPTER 5

Tears were threatening to fall. I looked at him, his small loop side smirk turned to a big one. I looked at him with disgust.

Manik : I hope you don't go back on your words? Right N-a-n-d-i-n-I .?

He said stretching my name leaning his face a little close to me by bending his back to reach my cute short height. I flared my nostrils and said "I won't go back on my words but hands will". I uttered with utmost disgust. Within a second I raised my hand and printed my palm on his cheek. Yes I gave him a tight slap. I was not satisfied so, I rewarded him with another slap on his other cheek. I slapped those cheeks which were against mine a few minutes ago. I felt pleased now. I gave a smirk to him and came out of the class while he was trying to comprehend what happened! He had his palm on his cheek.

As I came out of the classroom my heart said that it was not completely pleased. So I came back to the room and found him in the same position. I stood by the door and shouted" You jerk , listen don't ever try to come close to me, this time I am saving your manhood but agle baar I would not spare it "

His expressions turned from a constipated expression to a wild bull expression. I can sense his anger. He flared his nostrils like an eagle. He took his steps towards me slowly like a lion coming towards it's prey. When he was at some distance away, I shouted "muddy fellow, you rascal, kutte and everything that came into my mind. He was not at all pleased to hear those words. He barked" Listen you..and he approached the door. I closed the door and locked it from outside. I could hear Manik's voice. He was threatening me to open the door. He was slamming the door very badly that if it would break then I would be slammed to the floor.

I left from there. I ran through the corridors, thank god it was break period ..otherwise the people would think that my pants are on fire. I wiped my dried tears with my napkin.

My inner conscious started to poke me. It was making me even more worse. How could I lose myself? How could I let him touch me? No not touch but let him kiss him? I started to sulk at my own behavior.

I came to class like a sulking hulk , took my bag ,hanged it on my shoulder and took my steps towards the exit gate of space. I heard the sound of my name, I pretty well know who is taking my name. They are my friends. They looked worried. But I was in a no mood to explain as I first have to give explanation to myself. They were still following me and asking me what happened? Navya walked faster and stood in front of me blocking my way. She with eyes asked me what happened. I roared like lion" Get lost from my way". She was surprised and looked equally hurt as I have never spoken to her like that. But I was not in my senses. I walked past her and went out of the campus.

Manik POV :

I banged the door hardly and within a few minutes one of the peons opened the door. I rushed out of room and searched for Nandini. How dare of her to slap me? She is surely going to be punished. I searched for her in the nearby surroundings. I was so mad at her. The slap mark is clearly visible on my Face.

I was searching for her when I saw my friends " FAB 5", I went towards them. Anger is still visible in my face.

Cabir :Hey dude! Whassup kya bola princi ne?

I went back to that conversation and remembered her giggling. She is going to be punished so hard! I just nodded my head.

Dhruv : Hmm..! is your voice lost buddy? .

So my friend is being sarcastic. I glared at him while others laughed silently. A pretty girl came to my side hugged me and said " Manik, I missed you baby ". I gave her a small smile. She lifted her feet, tiptoed and kissed on my cheek which had recently been rewarded by a slap. I replied with a smile " Alia I missed you too sweet heart "

Mukti : Hawww aur ham sabko miss nahi kin a ? mukti replied bringing her eye brows near.

Such a drama queen she was. I replied" No I did not miss you all". Mukti gave a slight punch on my elbow and we all broke into laughs. We all had a group hug and parted our ways as the school timings are over.

I went to the parking area and heard someone talking. The conversation hit me when I heard nandini's name. They are her friends I guess. I approached them. They were looking nervous and discussing about her so seriously that they did not realize my presence.

I coughed to grab their attention. The three of them looked at me with wide eyes. Shyness visible on their face. I smiled proudly for my effect on them. I spoke "You three are Nandini's friends? Their expressions changed to worried. A girl with big eyes said" yes we are her friends. How do u know her"? This was the expected question. I casually said" Tell her that she is suspended from Space". All of their mouths were wide open. I gave a cheeky smile to them and came near my car. I turned back and asked" what's your name between". The girl with spectacles replied "Navya". She looked hurt the most and worried too. But anyways my work is done and why should I bother about her and her so called friend Nandini.

Nandini POV

sleep was not overtaking me . I felt restless. i stayed in a room with navya, sindhu and tanisha . After leaving the campus, i directly came to my room , threw my things at a corner and lied down on the bed and tried to sleep.

I want to sleep not because i was tired but because i dont want further investigations and questions from my friends. I was upset of hurting Navya

I was lost in my thoughts..when i heard some noises outside trying to open the main door so , i pretended to sleep.

Navya barged inside and shouted "Nandini are you suspended"?????

i rose from the bed and looked at her with eyes full of horror.
