yup.. tht i agree.. as i wrote in my earlier post .. certain things don't add up from Parth's side as well.. if he was being molested in 2013, why did he still continue to keep in touch with vikku till 2015 ..
but them, i rem reading in tht legal document, tht vikku has sum videos of Parth .. maybe he was giving in due to blackmail ?? who knows ...

If what this article states is true then that means Parth is putting false charges on Vikas...falsely accusing a person of molestation is a horrible horrible thing to do. If Parth was actually in a relationship with Vk then Parth will be the ultimate villain in the situation as he not only used vikas for success but is also falsely accusing of him.

Obviously, the article could be wrong and Parth's charges could actually be right. But the point is people can't keep making excuses for Parth. Like even if he made a whatsapp group so what? even if he abused Niti so what? and now the same thing with this issue. We all need to learn to be a little bit more subjective about our favourite stars.

No offense to anyone, just my personal opinion.

The "so what?" question is not applicable in all cases darling. If Parth had indeed slept with multiple women just to keep a couple of scores... and on top of that calling them wh**es... then this question would be disgusting.

Bullying someone. Defaming someone. Treating your co-star like scum etc. These are choices that we make. Justifying these with a so what is not justifiable at all. Of course, every action is driven by some reason which needs to be looked into first before we pass any judgments. But being gay/bi is not a choice. A person is born that way. Shunning a person just because of his or her orientation is absolutely wrong. He could be someone we know. A friend. A brother etc. What are we going to do? Kick him out of our lives?

I agree with the first thing you said. It's not just about his sexuality. It's also about trust. And hoping that it doesn't break. In fact, I hope it's all a misunderstanding which can be sorted out amongst these guys without turning the entire world upside down.

i completely agree to your point
but the thing about the whats app group and the voice recording of him abusing niti these factors are no way related to the legal notice. its not about supporting your fav star and turning a blind eye when he does wrong things...if parth would have made that group on fb or any other sns where other people could have a look at it then it would be wrong...if he abused niti any where in public then that would be wrong...what ever is there between PaNi is their own business and need not be made public which vikas did...
now ekta's statement if she would just go and submit the proof in the court or to the cops then it makes sense why give that statement out in public to create more ruckus...parth is not mad to go behind a producer who is so powerful in the tv industry with false accusations...it would destroy him completely now i don't know if parth is straight, gay or by and it does not even matter but he ain't stupid thats for sure.

Of course, Parth ain't stupid. Or else, he wouldn't have kept mum while V and gang ranted around about #thetruth.

He waited for the fire to die down before coming up with a post or two to strengthen the wavering faith of his fans. It's a smart move if you ask me. 😆

Anyways, who knows what the truth is? 😕 All we can do is just assume.

@ bold: I completely agree with that. I apologize if thats how my message came across. I am with you on the fact that his sexuality on its on (ie. not in context of this whole drama) should not matter. I was just saying that it will matter in the sense that it will invalidate his side of the story.

I am glad that you don't consider 'so what' applicable to all scenarios and have a subjective approach:)

i completely agree to this point
but it seems a bit fishy at the same time
if we read the legal notice its mentioned that there were video's taken on the pretext that they were for the work shop...
anywho if parth is (by) no problem...but just being in a relationship does not give the person the right to be intimate without the other person's consent even that can be termed as molestation
we fans are going berserk and vikas is enjoying in macau with his new boy toy and parth is having fun with his friends and vikas's supporters are busy backing him up.
basically we guys are just wasting our time pondering over such nonsense

In bold red. I laughed out loud at this. The plain truth. We're just breaking our heads and fighting amongst ourselves while these guys chill out. And some of us have exams too? 😆Well, in a way, it seems that they're trying to distract their troubled minds.

theres a major loophole in parth legal document. If parth and vikas were in relationship what was disha doing in amidst all this? I am sure she is not stupid to act as beard of a guy who himself was struggling. And also why parth continued to work with his molester in back to back show if he knew what was creep he is?

true it does not add up...now if i put my self in parth's position...vikas is a powerful person in the industry and in 2013 we did not even know who parth was...he could have been forced to be with him...but they say that there is a limit to everything...when parth became sure that he could at least try to take on vikas he did file charges...apparently things went too sour and vikas made things very hard for parth and hence he had to file a case against him.i don't think parth ever intended to file a law suit against vikas...things just got out of hand and he was left with no choice but turning to law for his protection.

yup...it actually makes us quite jobless (no offence) to bicker and break our heads when the rest of the world is busy sorting out their own lives...god it really takes a toll to be a fan we should be paid for this stuff cause we are using up most of our energy for this crap.
