It was time for gathering useful information and evidence so that the case gets more stronger and the chances of winning increases. Manik goes after Soha, and Flower Boy, Dhruv goes after Rose to get the stolen video. He knew getting the video from her is a piece of cake so he went towards his destination with full confidence and determination.
All Flower Boy dhruv had to do was set up a save-damsel-in-distress sort of trap and BINGO!!!!
He "saves" Rose from a trip to the police station and In return, she brings him home for some fling and he is quite happy as everything is working in his favor.
"Hey you, whatever you hear, don't come up and bother me!" She shouts to a house maid unaware of dhruv's intentions. She wasant known to the fact that she had dug a hole for herself. Playing along, he brings her to her bed...and Dhruv ties her hands up, real tight.
"Oh, so you wanna play that way" said Rose. He grins back at her...
"I think you misunderstood" said Dhruv smiling
He runs to her laptop and tries to open it but it's password protected.
She screams for the house maid to come and rescue her but the house maid, remembering her earlier order to not disturb her, ignores her cries.
Time is ticking and since she won't reveal her password, the only thing he can do is bring the laptop to his sidekick, his frnd is also a computer expert, and he hope that he can crack it.
While the other side Soha still wants to live in her world of lies and refuses to look for Nandini. She wants to stuff the blanket in the opening on the head of the bed but there's too much stuff so she starts taking things out and throwing them on floor in fraustration and then she comes upon a yellow envelope...
The envelope had lots of pictures of Nandini! Some photos were focused on the bare legs, some pictures seems to b taken while she used to have showers...
She finally sees the truth and cries out loud!!!
For not believing Nandini, for choosing to believe the scumbag(Maddy), for refusing to believe the truth for so many years...
Meanwhile, Manik sends Nandini home and the two share concerns for the upcoming court case.
Manik was somewhat nervous. Nandini kept her hands on his shoulder and asked "kya hua?"
Manik looks towards her and says "I m little bit tensed kal court main kya hoga"
Nandini smiled on seeing his concern and replied "kya hoga if we will lose, then oh well, life moves on...But if we win,I will cook for you a heartfelt dinner.
Manik smiled and said in a teasing way "Oh!!! That means our date will be tomorrow night"
Nandani slap him on his shoulder playfully and Manik smiled and said "chalo now time for sleep, kal jldi uthna h"
Nandini nodded and they finally went to their room to sleep...
The next morning, Lawyer Manik gets ready. Both of them already look like a married couple...
Manik had an important call from Dhruv updating on his latest progress with the stolen video.
It's time to go. And once again, he offers his hand.
And like before, she believes in him and takes his hand.
In the other house, Soha has already made up her mind to leave. Nandini is already gone and has Manik to back her up and the man whose been sleeping next to her for a decade is a creepy pervert, there's no reason for her to stay.
Clueless about Soha's decision to leave, Maddy uses the opportunity to repent for his actions and promises to officially marry Soha. He's just trying to get her to side with him if she decides to go to court.
After Maddy leaves for court, Soha takes out the paper with Manik's number.
In the courtroom, Manik's fanclub cheer him...
Even before the battle begins, there is already an air of competition between the two lawyer students. The one below is the school nerd who has had outstanding performances in mock trials and Manik was having his first trial case...
The first witness is called to testify. Speaking in the seafood lady recalls the rather disturbing conversation with Maddy when he bought Nandini to shop for turtles. Even the seafood lady sees Maddy as a creepy pervert!!
It's school nerd's turn to get the spotlight! He accuse that lady about her character's and says do you want me to open up here and the lady become quiet at all, May be the nerd boy has prepared well... And BOOM, like a bullet, he knocks out seafood lady's credibility.
School Nerd 1 Manik 0.
Next up is the wife of Nandini's canteen head who claims Nandini seduced her husband and is therefore a "dirty girl".
She gave an evidence as her husband had given bonus to Nandini...
Manik who easily counters her flawed reasoning by giving her a taste of her own medicine!!!!
"Well then, following your reasoning, when you received your end of the year bonus from your boss, I could say that you're seducing your boss, correct?" Score for Manik!
And now the couple who stalked saw Manik and Nandini walk into Malhotra's office at night and come out in the morning and had taken their pic while leaving works as a fire...
And now people's minds start to go wild. They just slept in the same room...
School nerd boy now continues to paint Nandini as a money hungry girl who seduced Manik and Maddy. He starts accusing her character that she did all this for money...
Nandini eyes were full of tears...
Manik tightly fist his hands to control his anger...
He start remembering past memories
Manik: When things get tough, I'll hold on to you. "When you give your hands to someone, you're also handing over your life" in the ice rink
He remembered when the trial case start Nandini said that " My life is in your hands"
Manik now can't control more when It's about time he gets questioned that how Nandini seduced him and this is where the real battle begins...
He gave a tight punch to the nerd lawyer boy and fight starts on...
People stopped their fight and judge gave warning to Manik to control his anger and bring the next evidence...
Manik starts off with strong evidence of abuse going on at Nandini's house. The photo of three bolts on the bedroom door and the photo of wooden boards used to cover the bathroom windows is enough to creep anyone out!
A very angry Manik spills the beans of truth! Maddy catching Nandini on both dates at that old office was no coincidence, but a thought out plan!So not only do you have a motive, but also a plan to carry out your crime!
That was awesome point, Manik!!!!
But Maddy makes a comeback by twisting the story. He claims, he went to find Nandini at that office to save her from Manik. To stop her from doing harmful things to herself. But didn't imagine that when he arrived, she even wanted to earn his money.
Next up, is Nandini to explain her point!
I admit that I'm seeing Manik at office but that's to play piano for him. He also knows that I've been living in fear so he wants to help me. Starting from high school, Maddy hasn't stopped harassing me. I really want to leave this home that's why I started to work at the canteen, to save up money for fees and books so that I could take the college test and leave this home. Perhaps Maddy feels that since he raised me, I owe him, but I could send him money every month. But that doesn't mean he has the power to bully me and use my body!!!!!
Touching speech but Nerd boy brings them back over to danger's side by pointing out that Nandini had a cellphone that was from Manik. He claims that the cellphone was taken in exchange for bodily contact!!!!!
He goes on to defame Manik, saying that Manik took Nandini's case to cover up his own dirty tracks.
Manik shouted: "ENOUGH!!! now not a single word for her"
He continued "Everyone sitting here knows my way of doing things. The past me, wouldn't be standing here today. A canteen girl's innocence has nothing to do with me. Thinking of how to play other women is more interesting to me."
"Julia, you came too. Sorry, for ditching you 8 times".
"Sheetal, I admit I dated you because of a bet. I sincerely apologize, I know I have ditched many girls and I m apologising to each of you."
"Just now, the prosecutor said that I wanted to cover my dirty history so that's why I took this case. He overestimated me. Today, as long as she gets her innocence, I don't care if you guys treat me like garbage and step all over me. Truthfully speaking, before girls, to me, were just flies buzzing around me looking for advantages or gold diggers. But now, it is she who made me realize that I shouldn't knock down everyone."

"Because she's been hurt for too long." Manik goes towards her and holds her hand and says I want to hold your hand forever and I m promising that I will never leave you"

Nandini eyes get teared but these tears were of happiness on having the cute proposal by Manik

"Today, I just wish that you guys will prove to me that I can still have some hope for this world. Law is not a toy for evil people, but a pair of wings that truly protect good people. Otherwise, this rather fake investigation is even more disgusting"

Decision Time now comes...
Dhruv comes to save the day!
With the recording, the truth comes to light.
Dhruv just beat Maddy upp!!!
Instead it is Manik who throws the punch and starts beating Maddy up in court. The crowd is up on their feet cheering on Manik.
Lawyer stops Manik. Maddy takes this opportunity to run for the door and escapes.
We declare Nandini innocent!!!! And finally the decision was annnounced.
Maddy ran home to look for Soha, who...has left...with all the money.
Manik catches up with Nandini to ask for her response to his proposal back at the court. And she's about to say something, when his mom calls..
His mom,Nyonika wants an explanation for his actions, and then Manik goes,
"What are you still doing here? Didn't we have a bet that if I win, you will cook something good for me? You should go back to prepare. I have to go for now, see you at our dinner date."
Manik goes from there and dhruv come near nandani and told him that "he is leaving.He's going back home to accompany his mother."
Dhruv gave this excuse as he now want to move out from Nandini's life as he know that she has Manik on her side...
Back at manik's side, Manik overhears his mother telling to mr Saxena that what all Manik stated in court was a bullshit and Nandani is not important in his life...
An angry but calm Manik marches in to inform them that what he said in court came from deep in his heart. He tells them to stop trying to control his life by threatening him with his father's old property. If the guy wants it, then take it. You guys have no influence over my life, right now I'm going to find the real person that influences my life.
Manik faints after walking out the door...
Meanwhile, Nandini is chopping carrots...
Little does Nandini know, Manik is about to face the biggest obstacle in his life!!!!
So wats the problem that they both have to face now????
