Nandini's POV..
"Nandini! Meri shirt?"
"Nandini! Mera blazer!"
"Yaar I can't find my socks!"
"Damn it where are my shoes!!"
Manik and his constant cribbings. Since three hours he was getting ready for the concert and was doing 'nakhras'..
"Ya bhi acha ni hai..!"He said in a dejected tone and threw his 20th shirt away..! I was standing beside him with loads of shirts in my hand and he was trying one by one standing in front of the mirror..! Now my patience was crossing limits..! He was about to get another shirt from my hand when I myself threw the shirts away!
"Larkiyaan tou aise he badnaam hain! Ap kuch kam nahi hain..!"I said angrily and he sighed..
"Tou tum he btaoa? What should I wear?"He was really very worried..!
"Acha ok..!"I said nodding my head and picked up a white T with red velvet blazer. "Wear it..!"I gave it to him and he immediately slipped in it.
"Wowww..! Thank you darling..! See! Lag raha hoon na handsome hunk..!"He flaunted turning towards me and I laughed. I set the collars of his blazer and kissed his cheek.
"Handsome as always..!"I said lovingly and he held my waist tightly..
"It's been long since I kissed you na?"He asked with a pout and I giggled with that I myself fused our lips and he kissed me like a maniac. His passion and love always made me feel dizzy..! I held his shoulders tightly and pressed myself more into him. He finally broke the kiss and I look at him with drowsy eyes. He pecked my forehead and caressed my hair..
"I just wish kay main har wkt bus tmhry pass rahoon tmhy pyaar karta rahoon..!"He spoke lovingly and I rested my head on his chest..
"Manik..! Agr ap ko kuch hua na tou m-main jee nahi paoan ge! Ap promise karo kay you won't leave me ever!"I spoke sadly and he wrapped his arms around me securely..
"Aray baba..! Why would I leave you? Kya koi bina heart aur soul k zinda reh sakta hai? Nhi na? Tum tou meri heart aur soul ho! Tmhy chood kar kesy ja sakta hoon haan?"He spoke patting my head and I nodded sadly. "Chalo now quickly give me my favorite smile so that mera concert superb ho! Live coverage zaroor dekhna!"He said tucking the corner of my lips up and I smiled finally..
"I will! All the very best jaldi ana you know na I can't sleep without you..!"I said sheepishly and he kissed my forehead..
"Bohat jaldi aa jaoan ga I promise..!"He said lovingly and then after a lots of hugs and kisses he left for the concert. Don't know why I was feeling hell nervous. Weird vibes were disturbing me..! I turned on the TV and started watching the live coverage! The crowd was crazy! Massive one! I was glad all of them were looking superb! They sang so well..! Manik dedicated his performance to me and blowed a kiss for me while I blushed like hell! After the concert finished I started waiting for him! One hour passed! Two hours passed! Three four five hours passed and I felt like my heart sinking as I tried on fab5's cell phone but no one was picking up!
"Aiyappa where is everyone?"I thought worriedly and joined my hands..! "Manik theek hoon gay na? Bhai! Sab?"I talked to myself and suddenly I heard the horn of car! Thank God Manik is here I will not talk to him haan! Kity buray hain pata bhi hai kay dar jati hoon main but phir bhi masti soojhti hai! I smilingly walked down the stairs but saw Cabir bhai coming in from the main door..!
"Cabir Bhai..! Where is Manik? Where are you all? I am calling you all from so long..!"I said worriedly as soon as Bhai stepped inside the lounge followed by Jack. Bhai and Jack's expression was weird it wasn't giving me good vibes. Without answering to my question he held my shoulders and made me sit on the couch with that he himself knelt in front of me! His gestures were scaring me..! I look at Jack and that smile he always had on his face was nowhere, his head was bent low!
"K-Kya hua hai?"I asked stammering alot and Bhai held my hands.
"Nandu..! whatever we gonna tell you na..! you have to listen it with so much patience..! You are my very strong girl na..!"His consoling words were horrible..! He was going to tell me something bad I know! My dream! No! Aiyapaa..!
"Manik ko kuch ho gya hai na?"I asked looking in his eyes and a tear escaped from them. I got my answer! "Wo zinda hain na?" I was unsure of my own words! How did I got courage to speak those words..? And he look back at Jack..! He came forward and sat beside me! He forcefully took me in a side hug and I wanted to push him..! His unannounced sympathy was suffocating me!
"Kya kar rahy ho? Btaoa na! Me-mery Manik..! Wo the-theek hain na?"I asked looking at his face and he shook his head biting his lower lip to control his tears and I felt that my heartbeat lost..! Someone snatched the shelter from me! I was doomed! Darkness all around! I freed myself from his grip and run to get the landline phone! I immediately dialed Manik's number and desperately wanted him to pick up..!
"Manik..!"I shouted and threw the phone set away. Jack and Bhai rushed towards me but I shoved them away..! "Jhoot..! Jhoot bool ray ho ap..! Bhai..! Manik ny promise kiya tha that he won't leave me..! He had promised me..! He--! He is my superhero..! Un ko kuch nahi ho skta..!"I didn't what the hell was I blabbering!
"Nandu..! Meri baat sun..! Manik has been shoot! Wo ICU main hai..! He needs your prayers...! Doctors hopeful nahi hain..!"Jack spoke holding my shoulders and shook them badly to get me some senses..!
"Mr.Malhotra ny kiya na?"I asked looking at him vividly and he nodded helplessly..! I freed myself from his grip and run outside! I will Kill Mr.Malhotra! Now I will tell you jab aik aurat badla lainy par aati hai tou poori dunya hila sakti hai!!

This was the first question I asked to my Mami when she told me kay 'tmhry baba ko heart attack hua hai'..! I asked 'wo zinda hain na?'..! But unfortunately her reply was 'nahi'..! That was reality! The tragedy happened with me the day I lost my father! Today is his death anniversary! Last years on exact 2nd February I lost my father! My reaction was almost the same as Nandini's! Anyways Manik is not dead because I don't like MaNan separation! Everything gonna be ok!
