"After seeing you I have got a feeling that Manik did justice fighting for you..!"Manik's Mom spoke caressing my cheek and I moved a little away..
"Sorry Mam..! But I think you should leave..! If Manik comes to know about your arrival he won't be much happy..!"I said sternly and she smiled..
"I know you have a feeling that I am here to harm you both..! But trust me this time my 'mamta' has forced me to come here..!"She spoke with extreme sadness in her eyes and I chuckled..
"Mamta? This mamta word doesn't suit you Mam..! Because if you had this motherhood inside you na then you shouldn't have broken Manik..!"I shouted angrily and Miss Nayonika nodded her head..

He snatched Manik's friends..! Manik is an extra talented kid..! Raj wanted his skills..! So he did all that and now! When Manik is happy again tou Raj say dekha nahi ja raha..! This shows how much he hates Manik..!"She ended up in tears and I was shocked how can a father be so cruel with his own son..
"Sorry to say but I have doubt..! Is Manik really Raj Sir's son?"I asked vividly and she chuckled..
"I have a doubt too..! The reason I am here is please I baari mery bety ko tootny say bacha lo! Raj's intentions are very wrong for him..! Please..!"She spoke sadly and held my hands. Ziada kuch nahi hai but ya Manik kay grandfather matlab kay mery Papa ny mjy diya tha when I was getting married..!"She said softly and took off the gold bracelet with a heart design which she was wearing in her hand.
She held my hand and made me wear it. "But now it's for you..! Take good care of it..! Now I should leave...!"She said and got up. I bent down and touched her feet. She blessed me and after sometime she left. I kept standing at the entrance for long time and then I walked to Kitchen.
"Dada and Di..! I want you both not to tell Manik about Mom's visit..!"For the first time I was sounding a little bossy.
"Yes Mam..!"They both nodded obediently.
"Ok then lets cook something of Manik's taste..!"I said cheekily and they both smiled.

Nandini's POV..
It was 5 of the evening and I was busy in kitchen.
"Mam..! Sir has come..!"Mohan came in and I nodded. I walked to our room and entered. I saw him lying on the bed with eyes closed. He even didn't took off his shoes nor his blazer. His eyes were closed with legs hanging down. I smiled and sat beside him.
"Manik..!"I called him softly and ruffled his hair..! He opened his eyes lazily and look at me.
"Hi..!"He said smiling a little and I too smiled..
"How was your day?"I asked smiling at him.
"It was good..! And I missed you..!"He said lovingly kissing my knuckle..
"I missed you too hubby..!"I said with a chuckle and he hummed. Then he again closed his eyes holding my hand tightly on his chest. I became a little worried..
"Manik? Are you ok?"I asked kissing his forehead and freak! It was burning!
"Manik you have fever..!"I almost screamed tried to got up and he held my hand more tigthly..!
"Hey..! Don't worry I am ok..!"He said weakly and I freed my hand..
"No no no..! You are not ok..! Get up and lie straight..!"I said angrily and he obediently got up. I took his blazer and shoes. Then he quietly laid down and I covered him with blanket. "Har wakt bus kaam kaam kaam..! Sari dunya ki tension apny sir pay lay kay ghoomty hain but apna koi khayal nahi..! Pagal hoon na me jo ap ki tension laite hoon..!"I shouted angrily as soon as I checked his temperature with thermometer it was 104..! While he was smiling..
"Stop smiling..!"I shouted loudly and he placed his finger on his lips obediently.
"You make me so gussa..!"I shouted again and stormed out of the room to call the doctor and get ice cold water for him. I came back with ice bowl and cloth strips In my hand. Doctor must be here any minute and Manik was just lying closing his eyes. I sat beside him and feeling my presence he opened his eyes.
"Tum meri tension ni lo Nandu..!"He said softly as I placed a cloth strip on his forehead and I bit my lower lip.
"Q Manik? Meri sari tensions ap ki and what about your tensions? Manik ap ny kabhi socha hai agr ap ko kuch ho gya tou ma-main..! Mera kon hai Manik?"I said as my throat choked with emotions and he immediately got up..
"Hey..! It's just a mild fever me bilkul theek hoon..! See..!"He cupped my cheeks and pecked my forehead..
"Bus you lie down..!"I said sadly and he laid down again. Suddenly the door knocked and Doctor came in.
"What happened to this young man?"Doctor asked cheekily and I stood near the bed.
"Just a little fever doctor..!"Manik himself spoke.
"Let doctor decide whether it's little or not..!"I interrupted him and he winked at me naughtily I gave him an angry glare.
"Well the fever is not that little..! Actually you are restless and you need to sleep properly..! I am prescribing some medicines give him on time and don't stop this cold water strip thing it will help to normalize the fever early..! And check his fever in every two hour..!"Doctor said to both of us and gave me the prescription chit. "Get well soon Mr.Malhotra..! Your wife is very worried for you..!"Doctor said patting Manik's shoulder and he smiled nodding his head. Then doctor left..! I sat beside Manik and he held my hand.
"Please tum preshan nahi ho na..!"He pleaded and kissing my knuckles..
"Then get well soon..!"I said kissing his forehead..
"Paka..! I will..!"He bobbed his head like a obedient child.
"Main soup laati hoon ap k liye phir ap medicine laina aur so jana..! Abhi doctor ny bola na that you need rest..!"I said caressing his hair and he smiled. Then I went and came with a veggie chicken cream soup. Slowly and gently I fed him. He was just smiling all the time and was staring at me.
"Bus..!"He turned his face when the half bowl was done.
"Manik..! A little more please..!"I pleaded but he didn't agreed. I can understand in fever nothing tastes good. I gave him medicine and he again laid down but this time in my lap. I started placing wet cloth on his head and due to sedatives he dozed off. Should I tell Manik about Mom? No he is already stressed..! I think it won't be good..! Yes at least not now..! I rested my head with the back of headboard and checked his temperature. It was coming to normal but not perfectly normal. So I kept placing wet cloth until and I didn't realized when I too dozed off..

Manik's POV..
I woke up due to thirst and I remembered I dozed off in Nandini's lap. I tried to got up but Nandini's hand was in my hair. I look at her and she was sleeping. I look at my cell phone and it was past midnight. She must hurt her back if she will sleep like this. I checked my forehead and it was normal now. I slowly got up and she stirred opening her eyes.
"Manik..! How's your fever..?"She immediately asked and checked my forehead..
"Shh..! Bus..! I am ok..! Fever ni hai..!"I held her hands and she sighed. Suddenly she hugged me and hide her face in my neck..
"I was scared..!"She whispered in my neck and I caressed her hair..
"Scared q?"I asked softly and I laid back on the bed with her in my arms.
"Ap sachi theek ho na?"She asked sadly and I made her look at me.
"Bilkul theek..! You took so good care of me..! Theek kesy na hota haan?"I asked tucking few strands behind her ear and she finally smiled..
"You are my superhero..! I love you..!"She whispered lovingly and came near my lips for a kiss but I moved a little back. "Hey? Kya hua?"She was startled, Shocked!
"Wo..! I have fever na! Tou what if you will get germs?"I said sheepishly. She paused for a moment and slapped my shoulder angrily. Then without giving me time to protest she fused our lips and came over me. I couldn't resist but to kiss her back. My hands traveled in her hair and she griped my shoulders. Don't know for how long we kept kissing but finally broke apart gasping for air..!
"Now you sleep..!"She said softly and made me hide my face in her hair.
"Your hair..! These are my heaven..!"I whispered sleepily as she traced my nape lightly..
"Shhh! Sleep..!"She spoke as her lips pressed over my head. And I dozed off..

Next time I woke up when sun rays all most pierced my eyes.
"What the--!"I shouted annoyingly hiding my face in pillow.
"Good morning Manik..!"I heard her sweet melodious voice and raised my head to look at her. She was folding the curtains..! Ahhh her morning beauty! My favorite sight! Her dripping wet hair. The light fragrance of her body wash! It was heaven for me! I look at her with all love as she turned towards me..
"Come here..!"I called her softly and she smilingly walked towards me..!
"How are you feeling now?"She asked lovingly and I placed my head in her lap.
"You know whenever you smile for me na I feel like thousands of stars twinkling around!"I confessed sheepishly and held her hands over my chest..
"And you know whenever you smile na! I feel like melting away..!"She replied back as her lips caressed my forehead. I smiled naughtily and within seconds she was under me..
"Manik..! Leave me na!"She whispered as I dug my face in her wet hair and planted a kiss on her neck..
"Kiun?"I asked planting another kiss..
"Because I have to get your breakfast..!"She said as now her hands traveled in my nape hair..
"But I am not hungry for breakfast..!"I said huskily and nibbled her earlobe lightly..
"Man-..!"Her words dug in her throat and she gasped when I bite on her collarbone..
"Bolo na Nandini..! You were saying something...!"I asked naughtily looking in her eyes and she hugged me tightly..
"Bohat buray hain ap..!"She whispered lovingly in my ear and kissed behind it..
"Acha..! Do I need to tell you how much bad I am?"I asked caressing her hair and she giggled..! I was about to kiss her deep when suddenly I got the glimpse of her neck and I got up with a jerk..
"What happened?"She asked worriedly as she too sat beside me..
"Nandu..! These hickeys..! Why aren't they fading away?"I asked in a doubt about the red marks which were on her from the night before yesterday. They should be faded away till now..!
"Manik..! It's ok..! They will..!"She said softly and held my hands..
"Nahi yaar..! This is no good..! I think we should consult a doctor..!"I said nodding my head..
"Haww..! No..! Shh..! No..! They will fade away..!"She almost shouted and I frowned..
"What? Why are you shouting..?"I asked in a confused tone..
"Manik..! What will I say to doctor? When he will ask me the reason for these marks?"She said shyly and turned her face. I bit my tongue and smiled. How much stupid I am..! She didn't look at me and was about to get up when I held her hand.
"Then let me treat it..!"I asked softly and pulled her under me..!
"Man-Manik..! Brea-breakfast..!"She moaned as I started licking the hickeys all over her neck and shoulders..! The time was blissful..! More than heaven! I gently unzipped her kurti and her hands went to unbutton my shirt. I was very polite this time. No hickey..! Just kisses..! Soft kisses..! Butterfly kisses..!

"I hope I was gentle this time..!"I said softly as I kissed away her tears and she was smiling with close eyes..
"You were perfect..!"She whispered back and hugged me..
"I love you so much..!"I said looking in her eyes and she smiled..
"I know and I love you too..!"She said kissing my forehead..! Then I kept pecking her swollen lips and she was caressing my hair..! We kept lying for a long time..!
"Manik..! It's very late! Get up na! You have to take medicines!"After a long pause she spoke softly ..
"Hmm..!"I hummed playing with her hair and she frowned..
"Manik hmm kya hota hai? Get up..!"She said angrily and freed herself. She sat up gathering the blanket over her but I pulled her back..
"Mat jaoa..!"I pleaded and closed my eyes..
"Manik..! Bus..! Bohat naughty ho gayen hain ap..! Please..!"She too pleaded and I opened my one eye. She was smiling at me. "Please..! For me..!"She pleaded again and I sighed..
"Ok..! But just for you..!"I said with a pout and she went awe..! She instantly pecked my pout...
"Awwwee!! This pout of yours I just love you so so much..!"She said lovingly and hugged me tightly while I laughed.

Nandini's POV..
I was lying his breakfast on the table as he had asked for chicken sandwiches..! Suddenly he came from behind and held my stole corner..
"Manik..! Bus bhi karen..!"I showed him eyes and he again pouted.
"Aray yaar kya hua? Tum mera har gesture wrong sense me q laite ho? Actually mjy towel nahi mil raha tha I want to dry my hair..!"He complaint and rubbed his wet hair with my stole. I sighed and took the stole from him. I made him sit on the chair and myself dried his hair.
"Sometimes you really act like a baby..!"I said pulling his one ear and he made a baby face..
"Tou? Only you have the copyrights to show tantrums!"He again complaint..
"Aww..! No no..! You can..!"I said lovingly and he hugged my waist..! He nuzzled in my stomach and I caressed his hair..
"Manik..? What happened?"I asked politely and he look at me without breaking the hug.
"Sometimes I thought kay kassh Mom ny bhi mery tantrums bear kiye hoty..! Bilkul aisy jesy tum krti ho?"He spoke softly and I bit my lower lip. Once again a guilt came aroused in my heart!
"Manik..! Main hoon na..! Don't think about all this..! Ab breakfast karen? Hmm?"I said kissing his hair and he bobbed his head like an obedient kid. I sat beside him on the chair and he smiled at me. I gave him the juice glass and was about to serve him the sandwich when suddenly..
"Ewww..!"He ewed as soon as he sipped the juice..
"What happened?"I asked holding his hand and he place the juice glass back..
"It's so so bitter..!"He said with a bad face and I frowned..!
"Manik it's fresh orange juice..! I myself got this for you almost 5 minutes ago how come it turned bitter so soon?"I asked worriedly and sipped the juice. It was fine..! "Manik..! It's not bitter..!"I said staring at him and he shook his head..
"It is..! I won't drink this..! I am not lying!"He said stubbornly and crossed his arms on his chest with that he turned his face just like a baby. Awe he was so cute..!
"Ohk..! I trust you..! Ap keh ray ho tou bitter he ho ga..! Sorry baba..! Don't drink but atleast look at me..!"I immediately accepted my defeat and he turned his face to me finally. I served him the sandwich and he again look at me. "Ab kya hua Manik?"I asked softly. He gestured towards sandwich then to my hands and then opened his mouth. I smiled on his action and he blinked his eyes like a toddler! I smilingly picked up the sandwich and started feeding him slowly. He munched cutely and I wondered what has gotten in to him..! It felt that we switched roles! Always I was the one who showed these kinda tantrums and today he was behaving like a two year..! After a breakfast with lots of his 'nakhras' we got up and I made him sit in the lounge couch. He turned on the Television and I went to our room to get his medicines. When I came back I saw the most adorable scene..! The Manik Malhotra was watching Tom and Jerry.! I held my smile back and reached him..! I fed him medicine and without diverting his gaze from the TV he took it..! After I sat beside him he laid in my lap once again attention still towards the TV..!
"Aj ap ko kya hua hai?"I asked politely ruffling his hair and he look at me finally..
"Nothing..! I just want to enjoy..!"He said shrugging his shoulders and I smiled.
"Acha..! Chalo ok..! Carry on..!"I said pulling his cheek and he was back on his TV mode. I kept caressing his hair and after sometime I realized his even breath. It seems Manik will gonna sleep all day! Well it's better for him..! I wondered what if he comes to know about his mother! I pecked his forehead and stared at his innocent face..!
"I love you so much Manik..!"I whispered lovingly..
"I love you too..!"He whispered back and I gasped..
"Shaitaan..! You are awake..!"I said angrily and slapped his shoulder while he laughed loudly. He held my hand and was about to kiss my knuckle when suddenly..
"From where did you get this bracelet?"He asked staring at that bracelet which Mom had given me..! Shit how did I forgot to remove it..! "This design..! It's familiar..! When did I get you this?"He asked in a confused tone and I thought of an excuse..! I was about to say something when suddenly..

Nandini's POV..
"Good afternoon love birds..!"I heard Mukti's shout and saw the whole gang coming..
"Sorry for the disturbance..!"Alya spoke and we both smiled..
"Manik..! Where the hell are you buddy..?"Cabir bhai snapped angrily and he turned his face to my stomach without replying..
"Manik..! We are asking you something..?"Max said with a confused tone..
"Manik theek hai na..!?"Tiger Bhai asked me and I nodded..
"He just have a mild fever..! He will be ok..!"I said caressing his hair and he hugged my waist closing his eyes again..
"Kya bachoon jesy behave kar raha hai tu..! Uth kay beth..!"Jack smacked Manik's head and before Manik could react I slapped him in return..
"Stay away..! Loser..!"I said showing him eyes..
"Aaa..! Churail..! Loser kisy bola tu ny..?"He roared back and before I could say something..
"Will you both please stop fighting..? Manik ki tbyt sahi nahi hai..!"Cabir bhai spoke and Jack angrily sat on the couch...! While I gave him a glare..
"Manik..! Are you ok?"Tiger Bhai came forward and patted Manik's shoulder..
"Theek hoon.!"He spoke softly and bhai look at me confused..
"He is ok..! Trust me..!"I knew something was bothering him. Did he recognized the bracelet? A sudden panic rushed into me and I bit my lower lip..
"Hum tou practice kay liye aye thy..! Tomorrow is our opening concert in Mumbai..!"Cabir bhai said and I shook my head..!
"Manik needs rest..! I don't think k practice ho paye ge..!"I said looking at all of them and suddenly Manik got up..
"I will practice..! I am ok..!"He said getting up and walked to the music room..!
"Ya sachi me theek hai na? Screw tou dheela nahi ho gya?"Jack asked worriedly and gave him a helpless look. While fab4 walked behind him..! He surely recognized the bracelet..

Manik's POV..
That was Mom's bracelet which Nandini was wearing. I still remember each and every detail of that bracelet. That means Mom came and Nandini hide it from me. It was night I was standing near the floor length glass window after a long practice session..! Suddenly I felt her hands crawling over my waist from back and clasped the front of my shirt..!
"Gusa?"She asked politely and I sighed..
"No..!"I whispered back and she came in front of me..
"Am sorry..! Main chupana nahi chahti the..!"She said holding my hands and I just nodded. What would I say? I had nothing to say..!
"Tomorrow is a big day..! Shall we sleep?"I spoke politely and she shook her head..
"No..! First we need to talk..!"She said looking in my eyes..
"Please..! No..! I don't want to..!"I pleaded and she sighed..
"Manik..! Your Mom..! She loves you..!"She said and cupped my cheeks..
"Ok fine..! I admit that she loves me..! Can we please not talk about this???"I was angry now.
"Ok ok sorry..! We won't..!"She held me as I was about to turn..! Then she encircled her arms around my neck and I turned my face. "Come on look at me na baba..!"She pleaded cutely and I finally look at her..! She smiled and I too returned the smile..! "So..! What are the timings of concert?"She asked as she changed the topic..
"Umm..! It's in evening!"I told her and she nodded..
"I will surely come..!"She said lovingly..
"No no..! You won't..! You won't even step out of the house till I settle down everything with Dad..!"I panicked and she made a sad face..
"But I want to..!"She pleaded..
"Your safety is the most prior thing for me..! When I said no that means NO NO!"I scolded her and she placed her head on my chest..
"And what about you Manik?"She spoke tracing my shirt button and I kissed her hair..
"What about me?"I asked looking at her and she raised her head a little..
"Dad ny agr ap ko kuch kiya tou?"She asked horrified and I smiled..
"Nandu..! You only said na that I am your super hero?"I asked cupping her cheek and she sadly nodded..! "Then..! Trust your superhero..! Kuch nahi ho ga mjy..!"I said lovingly and she flunged in my arms..
