He doesn't really need to go and strategise against one damn person just because he filled a case against him for not paying his dues...
Yaar..it's not about just Vikas Vs. Parth..it's about Vikas Vs. Parth/MaNan fandom who are fighting with him through tweets. Once Parth filed the case, all the fans came behind him and are supporting him. How to break that support to Parth is a question. VG knows that only media people will support him...unknown people won't support him and he needs public support. Nothing better can work to win this case than to defame Parth bringing in the whatsapp thing. It's not about "one person- Parth Samthaan"...it's one person's fandom against VG. So he must make strategies to make people believe that Parth is an abusive person, has a vulgar mind and doesn't respect women. So recorded an audio beforehand perhaps when Parth and Niti had a fight or something (you never know they may have fought many times as we all know that they are not friends) and now made Niti hear it and instigated her to tweet against Parth and all people are turning against Parth.
He could have simply sorted things out if that was the case...

Wait a moment...it's a legal notice posted by tellychakkar..who once called Parth 'unprofessional' and got reply him and got bashed by fandom. How can you blindly trust that this is excerpts of the real legal notice sent by Parth? I mean if tellychakkar can openly call Parth as unprofessional...why can't they put a fake legal notice? I mean..I don't think that the site is very professional...but more of gossipy kind. As far as I know it was tellychakkar who released the whatsapp sitewaali news too and suddenly they guys are coming out and saying that Parth created it and they were members of it and all. So tellychakkar was working against Parth too...because they got bashed coz of Parth. They have a reason to post negative stuff about Parth..😆 So maybe there may not be such a clause in the real legal notice. This is just a typed entry..not a scanned picture of the real notice in paper or something, right?
At one place he tells media that he has filled a case for molestation against vg.. Whereas the other place he says he hadn't Why not stick to one damn thing... Why taking two sides at the same time...
Parth has denied that he filed a case of molestation. I don't think anywhere he agreed to it. If U mean the legal notice posted by tellychakkar how can it be trusted blindly? It's not even signed or doesn't even look authentic.
And the other thing...

If U have noticed..Parth has always been silent when accusations were raised against him or he was bashed. I find him to be not the kind to jump in and in an immature style fight with people. Only one time he retorted was possibly towards tellychakkar who called him unprofessional and I think the word irked him. But even before, when Parth was bashed for something or the other..he opted to remain silent. So many times, Parth was bashed for not speaking when in front of camera while doing interviews with Niti. He opts to remain silent and is more of listener kind, than being talkative. So I feel it's his nature. But then, if he needs to fight with VG, why use social media? He can do it on a personal front without bringing in media and first give a legal notice and take things to the court to get justice right? He doesn't need to explain himself on social media and fight with people who are against him or say thanks to those who are supporting him right? U said it right...taali do haath se nahi bajti..imagine what would be the furore if he came and fought with VG over twitter? It would appear childish, immature and it would have been uglier right? His silence is a block in proving his innocence, but it also doesn't mean that just because he is silent, he is a culprit.
Here vg is creating a hullabaloo... This only shows and forces ppl to take his side... As he has the proofs WITH HIM!
And talking about releasing the proofs and stuff only once the matter started.
Tell me one thing...
If someone you consider like your brother decides to file a case against you uh naturally would be hurt and want to defend yourself... (but this doesn't mean I support vg)
Yaar..in tv industry...no brothers, friends...it's professional stuff. Those who are here...support each other for material gains and it's business. Very few people are able to make true deep relationships in such an industry where every second day friends turn to foes. Parth may have depended on him to have a career and VG helped him coz he saw a potential in Parth or he had other motives too. Would VG cast him as hero if Parth was not good looking or was not good at acting? Parth had the potential to make it big..so he supported Parth. That's thoroughly a professional matter and there's nothing brotherly here, that if something wrong is done to Parth, he will be ready to suffer it, right? Even in families people file cases...husband files case against wife & viceversa, children file case against parents...and VG and Parth are not even having that deep of a brotherhood, right? If VG was sweet and nice, why Parth has to file a case? Wouldn't he rather opt to stay silent and get more benefits through him and make it bigger in tv industry and bollywood? But it must've been something really untolerable for Parth and that's why he is planning to file a case against him.
He is only using his friendship as a weapon. . As we all know bstfrns know each other in and out.
He just used the same thing...
And talking about niti...

She is a person pure with her heart..
She has never said anything wrong to anyone... No matter even if people come to the point where they become vulgar to an extent where no damn person can tolerate. .
She has always taken up all her responsibilities dutifully and not only her's but also of Parth many a times...
As we all know how ve had an on and off visit on the sets in the middle... She was the one filling up for him..
She is a really bubbly and jolly girl who wouldn't really want to get dragged hwrself in such things in the first place...
But if she has.. She sure must have a strong reason
No one unnecessarily does such things...
And still if you don't wanna trust her.
Yaar...I was not bashing Niti...she is a pure girl..agreed. But in today's world...to make a career..one must be willing to compromise. If she wants a further career in tv...will her standing with Parth benefit her or will her standing with VG benefit her? She wouldn't want to be pulled into a controversy and into legal battle would she?
If she had that much of problem with Parth...she could've opted to quit midway in Season 2..she didn't do it. She could've opted to walk out of KY2 in Season 1 too...if he was abusing her that much. But there was nothing of the sort happening.
In TV industry as long as U don't have a personal grudge against a person..even if somebody is wrong..the industry people will support them. That's the name of the game. I don't say that Niti is wrong...but if she supports Parth now perhaps VG and rest of the industry will turn against her and bash her and she is pretty newbie and perhaps she wouldn't want to fall into the whole controversy. Similarly if there was an instigation from the part of VG to do it for his sake...her doing so will perhaps help keep her career safe. People have to make compromises in this industry. Niti has no special good feelings for Parth...and maybe even has an unfriendly relation with Parth..and perhaps she trusts VG more than Parth too and so now her tweet will become a help to VG. So she is supporting him on that.

They too have careers yaar...would they go against a producer and ruin their future prospects? In TV industry very few people will stay loyal. They are there to make money..not to make loyal friendships or relationships. 😆 But then neither Krissan, nor Charlie nor Veebha ever accused Parth of being an abusive person. If he was so unbearable would they sit close to him during interviews and be friends with him and click so many photos and do dubsmashes with him? Their friendship itself shows that he is not such a scary guy.
Why isn't she taking up his side... She shouldn't be scared for her career really if she knows her friend is right and needs her support
If they take up sides now...they may not be of much help to Parth...but then they may end up ruining their career too...as the big ones in industry will turn against them. 😆 Save career or protect a colleague? I suppose most people will try to save their own career😛
Lets not forget... No one is a saint here...
