Next morning :
Everything was as usual. The trio got up and went for jogging with dadu. In park while jogging mukthi was always two steps away from manik and nandini played a safe game moving to dadu's side so that manik couldn't even think of coming towards her as he was acting too normal which indicated a huge trouble in the very near future. And finally the jogging came to an end at a peaceful note and mukthi literally ran away for her dear life and nandu was as usual too much cool.
Manik's behaviour was making mukni a little suspicious as there was not even a little frown on his face and he was acting too much casual except one thing that today he sat in between mukthi and nandini which was not his usual place to sit on the table and on being asked by dj he replied
"kuch nai dadi aaj bas yahan baithnae ka man kiya... kyu cant I sit here..." and the ever so sweet dj got convinced so were others.
And suddenly nandini felt a pull on her hand and saw manik holding it and was pretending as if nothing happened. Nandini gave him a startled look which did nothing as manik didn't even look at her. Nandini tried freeing her hand but the grip grew tighter when she tried. Nandini sighed and continued her breakfast and manik entwined her fingers with his and slowly caressed her knuckles with his thumb with utmost care and love and nandini thought "aaiyappa... yeh ladka... kya kar raha hai...aur kyu... iski aaisi harkatae mujhae...ahh...aapko kaisae bataun...!!! Uff..." and started playing with the spoon in her plate and when dj spotted this she came and stood beside nandini and said pushing a piece of paratha in her mouth startling her once more
"yeh kya chidiya (sparrow) ki tarah kha rahi hai... kya hua pasand nai aaya kya... tarae liyae kuch aur mangwa du ...??" and after processing all the words of dj nandini replied
"vo..umm...vo...d..dj...vo...vo kya hai na...ki...ki mujhae...haan mujhae... I mean mera pet bhar gaya.. isilyae...isiliyae kuch khanae ka man nahi...nahi kar raha..."
Dj frowned and said after pushing a bigger piece in her mouth and nandini made a perfect O
"apni size dekhi hai.. itti si hai tu... aur upar sae nai khayaegi toh kaisae chalaega... chup chap kha lae... warna tu chod mai khilati hun.."
Nandini was struggling hard to free her hand from manik's grip but ahaan... Mr.Malhotra was in no mood to leave her that easily
"dj.. mai...mai..kha lungae... aap..aap rehanae do...pakka...ill finish this.." nandini said faking a smile and dj said in a loud tone "pakka na..." and nandini nodded a yes and left to serve dadu and raj.
"manik leave my hand..." nandini whispered in utmost annoyance bending towards manik and he just winked in return which did nothing but pissed nandini more.
"manik this is the last time im telling u.. leave my hand warna mai dadu ko batadungae..." she repeated for the nth time but..all her fake warnings fell in deaf ears.
Finally she used the last tool. Nandini picked up the fork from the table without manik's notice and just poked him hard using the fork and manik left her hand in a jerk and she gave him a victorious smile and continued eating. Manik was rubbing his leg where he was attacked' by fork and nandini giggled looking at him. Soon they were done with breakfast and manik and mukhni went to their respective rooms to get their bags all set to leave for college.
"yaar mujhae na bhai kae behaviour sae bohat darr lag raha hai.." a nervous mukthi said to nandini while they were packing their stuff.
"lekin from morning he is behaving as if nothing happened... even im thinking about the same... kuch toh chal raha hai uss monster kae dimag mai..." nandini said putting the books in her bag and mukthi just hummed in response and zipped it only to get a shock once again. Manik was standing at their door with his hands crossed and the door bolted.
Mukthi and nandini exchanged looks and gulped the saliva with great difficulty as manik took slow steps towards them. Manik took a step towards them and both moved back in the same pace. Finally it was just the wall behind them and manik a step in fornt of them. That smirk on his face really indicated them the force of the blow that was waiting for them.
"don't u think.. we need to talk about something..." he said after a few minutes of silence and looked at the girls who were looking everywhere except him.
"bh..bhai...vo..i...I mean...we...we.are ...get...getting ...l...late ...for...for college..." Mukthi stammered like hell speaking those few words
"mukthi I know u r not personally involved in what all happened... isi liyae for the first and last time im leaving you... and never ever repeat this... go sit in car and wait for us to come... run...!!!" manik said the word RUN in such a tone that mukthi in a blink of eye ran out of the room grabbing her bag. Manik turned towards nandini and said after trapping her on both sides by his hands bending deadly close to her face
"now that u have done a mistake... don't u need a punishment...! " and nandini looked here and there finding ways to escape and guessing the same manik said holding her chin with his fingers and making her look straight into his eyes
"so..its decided... from today..u will be sleeping with me in my room..."
And nandini's eyes widened in shock... may be shock would be an understatementto what she felt then. Expecting the same kind of reaction from her manik simply smiled and said "u can leave early in the morning before dadu comes to wake us up... and I will not take ur NO as the answer.. and its final... tonight...ahh not tonight...every night u r gonna sleep with me.. that's it...ill handle mukthi... so dnt worry about her...am I clear ??" nandini was still looking at him blankly. Manik shrugged his shoulders and to bring her back to reality placed his lips on her pinning her hands to the wall. Nandini was now too numb to react. Manik was kissing her slowly and he was able to feel the her extra fast heart beat which made him smile widely. Nandini was not responding to the kiss until manik bit her lower lip and entered her mouth tasting all the corners of her mouth. Nandini dug nails in his knuckles as the kiss grew more passionate when she responded back. Manik could feel nandini getting breathless but didn't break the kiss. She moaned in his mouth pleading him to stop but manik was totally out of his senses. And after a while he broke the kiss and rested his forehead with hers. Both were panting heavily and manik spoke after gathering some breath "come down fast.." and left after giving another peck.
Nandini stood there looking at the door from which manik exited a moment ago and blushed like hell thinking what happened a while ago. She looked at herself in the mirror and found herself in a totally disfigured state. Clothes disturbed hair messed up and the small cut on her lips. She quickly combed her hair and adjusted her top before going down and silently sat in the car beside manik in the passenger seat which was so not her style. Poor mukthi was too much confused with manan's behaviour but didn't dare too ask anyone.
IN COLLEGE :
"how could u do this dhruv..." aliya said looking at dhruv who was sitting beside her with his head dropped low. Manik had informed everyone early that morning and everyone was angry on the 4 ( nandini mukthi cavir and dhruv).
"yaar vo sab bas mazaak tha yaar... chodo ab..." cabir said in a irritating tone coz from the time he came abhi and aliya were just ranting and ranting and this irritated him.
"you guys r impossible... agar manik ki jagah mai hota toh yaar...I would have fainted at the spot.." abhi said imagining himself in manik's place.
"hahahahahahahaha... pata hai iska chehara dekhnae layak ho gaya tha..." cabir said giggling and dhruv joined him and mukhni kept quite as they didn't want more mess.
"cabirrr..." someone came from behind and hugged cabir and he chocked the juice he was drinking and what he saw made his eyes popped out of the sockets and the only word he murmured was "navya.."
Navya ran away from there as she saw Ridhimma hugging Cabir and cabir broke the hug and said "ridhuu...aaisae hug nai karate... yeh canteen hai na..." and held her by shoulders and said in a serious tone.
"lekin cabir..." ridhimma tried reasoning but cabir cut him in between and said " please.. aaisae math karo yaar.." and went in the direction where he saw navya going.
"yeh toh gaya..." manik and abhi hi-fied and started laughing and dhruv joining ignoring aliya's glares. Nandini signalled Mukthi to slip taking the advantage of the moment and they both silently got up and heard "stop" in unision from abhi and manik and turned to face them faking a smile on their faces.
"we still have our talk pending..." manik said looking straight at nandini and she was confused as to what else was left as he already told his demands in the morning.
"iss purae semester hum sab kae records aur assingments tum log karogae..." manik announced and dhruv was the one to get shocked to core now
"mainae khud kae hi kabhi nai likhae ab aliya kae bhi... No D.. u can speak up for urself.. chal common.." dhruv thought and was about to speak when manik got up and announced
"don't u dare oppose u dnt have a choice and aliya...please iskae baton mai math aana.. u dnt know hw I felt last night whn these ppl played such pranks.."
"yaar manik im on ur side.." abhi said and walked before he could get hit by mukthi and aliya said "haan dhruv.. iss baar tumhari baath nai sunungi mai..so get ready baby.." saying so he winked at him and moved to his class.
