I m not on instagrm but its really annoying why they steal someone's work. After having problems in their lives they update story for us n what some people do they just steal it n give credit to oneself it is so disgusting.

Even I saw one ff who has copied the concept of innayate n when asked her about this the writer didn't replied to me

Even the same thing happened with my ff can't live without u also
On whattpad a writer has copied my concept n lot of scenes too

I will support u too coz I know how much efforts does it take to write a single chapter

Ah! One of the most controversial topics with no possible solution other than discontinuing our works. Possibly that's the only way to stun the copycats who flick off our work word by word and leave them wondering on how to proceed.

I remember ranting about this issue on one of my FF's sometime back. But let's face the fact. No matter what we do, these shameless bunch of thieves won't stop. So we need to think of something to nip their urge to flick someone else's hard work and take credit for it. Here are some suggestions.

1) Writers... please register and copyright your work on http://www.copyrighted.com/ This is a free service and is used by most of us who post our work on Wattpad.

2) Readers... before venturing out into any new FF or SS etc... please do your research. If the story seems new to you. please google and see if it pops up elsewhere. If it does show up somewhere by some other writer... please check the dates of posting to rule out the copycats and (a) report to the original author and concerned website. (b) Do not under any circumstances continue to read the FF or encourage the thief. (c) And of course... warn the one who's stealing the work and spread the news wherever possible.

3) Writers... if you need to know the 3rd point... you'll need to send me a PM. (For a good reason)

Any other suggestions that can be added? Please put in your points.

Dear robbers... FYI... We writers put in a lot of hard work to come up with an update... which includes dreaming in our waking hours (in my case... during sleeping hours as well), finding the time to sit and write through all that fatigue, stress and what not. What takes 5 minutes to read took 2 - 6 hours to write and probably days... debating with ourselves on how the story should proceed... how a character should and will behave in a particular situation etc... And let's not forget the will power that is required to do this (with all our personal issues and the depressing drama that is going on in KYY) But it seems like you guys are either stubborn or dumb. Or probably something a solid punch would solve.

So it's high time that this nonsense has to stop. Trying to talk sense into the copycats is pointless (I'd prefer to give a tight slap if they were before me) as their act of stealing is a result of the deep seated issue that they're trying to deal with. I pity them.
