@geno0309: :)) thank you dear! I was holding it back for sometime now coz I knew I would be amongst the minority. But today after seeing the travesty of Manan.. And the fandom still gushing over the two lines, song and placid kisses, I just had to get it all out. Good to see there are quite a few of us without the rose colored glasses.
Agree with everything that u said. I was hoping against hope that once they settle in with Parths comeback and the changes they had to make, the show will take off. Slowly but steadily. But sadly, none of that has happened so far. The reactions of one's love coming back from the dead was soo muted.. And it sort of set the tone for the following episodes. Sometimes I feel like shaking Manan to get the basic human reaction of seeing the love of your life after 4 months. Can you believe it, there hasn't been one passionate hug let alone a smooch from them?!
Which world are the writers from?? These are young adults in throes of a passionate love affair! Plz show them as such and not like some over the hill couple!!

Either PaNi are sleep walking, disinterested or enacting out of half baked scripts. And that attitude clearly shows-I donno what show majority of the fandom is watching, but this is what I see.

I remember gushing and not able to get enough of the MaNan hugs-they hugged like their life depended on it. I remember the Manik who couldn't keep away from Nandini, even for a minute. I remember a Nandini cherished and found solace in Manik's embrace (even after being kidnapped and molested by pandit).
Like who are these two ppl on our screens past few weeks??-who dont ignite the love or passion in each other. I don't know how to define MaNan without love and passion. And I fear that's the problem the creatives and actors are having without a strong script and proper guidance.

have parth and niti have some agreement regarding not having intimate scenes ? i mean i am dying for a manan hug !

There was fear that they won't be able to recreate the magic without Richa but I had hope, hope that if not good content, we'll get some good chemistry. But I have finally accepted that bitter truth that without the people who created this show, it will never be the same. We might get some good scenes here and there, but it will never be the same. Aside from writing and chemistry, the direction is absolute shit. I am very sure the drunk scene will not match up, or even be close to the previous drunk scenes. This is painful... but maybe not as painful as knowing that manan ended tragically, so I'll have to make my peace with it

You just penned down everything that was on my mind. Honestly, the show has gone to the dogs. One thing that I always appreciated KY2 was for that no matter how stupid the story tracks were but the execution and the growth of characters was always good. I never had a problem with any(Read: Permanent) characters of the show in terms of their growth. Be it Manik, Nandini, Alya, Mukti, Navya and I guess even Dhruv but these days I am witnessing a totally different avatar of all of these people.

@arshi_manan: I sometimes wonder the same thing. Do they have an unsaid agreement to not enact romantic scenes with any emotions? The hugs are so ... Blah!( for lack of a better term). I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt that probably with all the offscreen drama that's occurred, they might need some time to get back to their comfort zone. But lo and behold, here we are in week 2 after Maniks return and still no improvement.

There are so many moments in S1 that was magical..heartwarming and endeared Manan to us. Since I started watching the show only in the last week of August ( from start), I wasn't ready for it to end at that time. After promising myself not to get hooked to another series.. I was hooked. But S2 is successfully killing that Buzz for me!

Really people what do want they? When manik was angry then they said this is pointless.but when they patch up they said this not good.and yeah some people are really unhappy that part came back.Tom herself has took part in that parth stopped when blue ha pani pani song in his event then she comment.part can't act.adulation and success gone to his head u said other day and rest of the cast act really well but part can't act.every fault is part when manik side hug nundu after that game she was uncomfortable that is also fault of parth.some people always finds fault in parth u were really happy with the initial epi of s2 be oz part was not there and parth cant act and other cast really acted.when parth really do something good then any praising post don't come from them for part but so much insults to him.but they can make praising post for parth.actually really some people have problem with part so they insults him.if show goes off air then they will this going off air so soon for part personal reason.bcoz other casts are really talented loyal and emotionally invested like parth.then why people crazy abt him really can't understand.

can anyone tell me.. where is richa yamini?? is she working on any project... plz i really want to know... i would love to see her magic again..
