CHAP 25:

Nandini woke up in morning and went to bathroom to get fresh. After getting ready she went down and starts her preparations. She wants to talk to manik about something very important that's why she was little nervous. She was making his favorite breakfast. After sometime she went to her room with manik's green tea she saw that manik was not in bed.

She heard sound of shower so she understood that manik was in bathroom. She cleaned all mess in room and she was fixing their bed when manik came out. Manik silently walk to her and hugged her from back.

"good morning love..." manik said in husky tone and nuzzled his face in her neck.

"morning.." nandini said in low tone and manik threw blanket from her hand and entwined his hand with her. He was massing her hair.

"man..manik I..i want to ask..ask you something.." nandini was stammering because of manik's tortures. But manik didn't pay any heed to her talk. He made her turned and starts to relish her neck. Nandini was trying to stop him but he himself doesn't know why today he couldn't stop himself.

"man..manik muje ku6..ku6..kehna hai..pls..not..not..now" nandini was requesting him.

"yaaa...I am listening..." manik said in hoarse voice.

Manik opened the dori of her blouse with a sudden pull. Nandini with courage little pushed him and manik came out from his trance. Nandini fixed her sari and tied dori of her blouse and manik looked at her irritatingly because she spoiled his mood. it was not like that manik wants to force her but sometime manik behaves like that only. Sometimes he couldn't control his desires.

"I am sorry.." nandini said and manik nodded his head and start to wearing his clothes.

Nandini was buttoning his shirt and manik was looking at her and said "so what was that "important" talk of yours?" nandini looked up and pout her lips because he was being sarcastic. Nandini fixed his tie and made him ware his blazer.

"nandini fast..i don't have full day for you come on yaar..." manik said in frustrated tone. She knows that she stopped him that's why he is in now irritating mood.

"wo yesterday pooja call me.." nandini start to telling him. he was combing his hair and looking in the mirror he said "now who is pooja?" he went to cupboard and take out some files and nandini was also walking behind him like a child who walk behind his father for toy.

"my friend from college" nandini immediately replied.

"haan to kya aage?" manik asked her and he sat on sofa and nandini also sat with him.

"wo she wants me to join the college again.." nandini said without stopping in between.

"college?" manik asked him little bit surprised and nandini nodded her head in yes.

"before our marriage jahan tak muje pata hain you completed your course right?" manik asked her and she nodded in yes.

"no I am not talking about my education wo she wants to join music classes in college..wo I left it after our marriage so I thought to complete it..." nandini said in low tone and manik was thinking about something.

"zaroorat kya hai iski matlab ab...no you don't need it...you don't have to stress yourself..." manik make his decision for her.

"but manik isme stress kya hai..aap jante hai I like music aur sirf 3 hours in day pls.." nandini tried to explain him.

"if you decided already then why are you asking me?" manik said in stern tone which make her scared.

"no...no..aisa nhi hai..i .." nandini was about to say something but manik stopped her.

"I told you my decision now its your call...what you wants to do..." manik said and left from there. nandini messaged pooja that she won't be able to attend the class. Because for her manik's happiness is most important.

Nyonika was sitting on swing in garden when shivani came and sat beside her. Nyonika was about to go but shivani held her hand and made her stop.

"kya ab hum do sisters ki tarah baat bhi nhi kr skte nyo?" shivani asked her and Nyonika looked at her shockingly.

"really? Sister? Do you even know what the meaning of relationship is? Where were you when your sister and your son needed you most?" Nyonika asked him angrily.

"pls nyo before being Malhotra we are sisters bhul gyi tu I choose you for malhotra family..because I want best for my sister" shivani said in emotional tone.

"and what you did haan tumhare pass kisi ke liye waqt nhi tha kbhi bhi hni...nahi mere liye nahi mnaik ke liye...if I was not there with manik na shayad manik bhi bade bhaiya ke tarah.." she left her sentence in mid.

"nyo..wo baccha hai mera chahe koi kuch bhi kahe..he Is my child maine janam diya hain ussa beta wo mera hi hai.. main business pe dhyan de rhi thi kyun ki I want to give all luxuries to my manik.." shivani said being little angry.

"shivani manik was kid that time he needed his mother, your love, your care, your warmth, your time...but you.." Nyonika said and she saw that nandini was coming out so she stood up from there and left from there and also take nandini inside the house.

In evening when manik came back nandini was arranging something in cupboard. she had no idea that manik was watching her from so long. Manik sensed that she was upset because of morning incident. He went to her and back hugged her and nandini startled because of sudden hug. Nandini smiled and caressed his cheek.

"so gussa with me?" manik asked her and nuzzled his face in her hair.

"nhi..no..main kyun gussa houngi aap se?" nandini said lovingly and turned to him. manik kissed her forehead and nandini smiled and loosened his tie.

"what you decide for your music course?" manik asked her because he wants to know her decision.

"wo..actually aap sahi keh rhe the k iski koi zaroorat nhi hai...waise bhi mre pass time bhi nhi hota aur agar project aur ku6 hua to main apko time bhi nhi de paungi aur phir sab schedule bhi bigad jayega so its better let it be na.." nandini was explaining him lowering her gaze.

Manik looked at her and raised her chin with his index finger. Nandini looked up and smiled to him. manik give a paper in her hand. Nandini looked surprisingly at him and opened it. She read the paper and smiled brightly and jumped on him for a hug because it was an admission form of mumbai's best music academy.

Nandini kissed him on his cheek and manik raised his eyebrow and said " don't you think I deserves a better reward for this.." and nandini shyly hugged him again and manik kissed her head.

"tumne aisa kaise socha k agar tum meri khushi ke liye ku6 bhi kr skti ho to main tumhe itni bhi khushi nhi de skta hmm?" manik asked her and nandini feel immense happiness.

"thank you manik aap nhi jante k aaone muje kya diya hai..you know I was trying to get admission in this college but I thought mid sem mein they won't accept my admission but aapne kaise??..." nandini asked him because she was surprised.

"baby..you are mrs.manik Malhotra so you deserves only best...so that's it..nobody has that dare to say no to manik Malhotra" manik said proudly.

"waise I have a one more thing to discuss with you" manik said excitedly and nandini asked him what?

"after a day dad's birthday is coming and I am preparing grand party for him..lets go down and discuss it with mom and dad..." manik was so excited because every time he arranged party for his father. manik went to bathroom to get fresh and after sometime they both went down.

Everyone was present on dining table. Manik saw shivani but he ignored because he was happy because of nandini's admission and his father's birthday. Nandini was serving food to manik. nandini was forcefully making him eat more food.

"dad I want to tell you something.." arymaan said and his father nodded in assurance.

"wo actually I want to throw a grand party for your birthday" Aryamaan said and manik and nandini looked at him. manik was about to say something but nandini put her hand on his thigh under the table.

"but iski koi zaroorat nhi hai beta.." his father said and nandini looked at Nyonika. She was happy that Aryamaan wants to do something for his father.

"pls dad ...pls let me do this.." arymaan pleaded him and after lot of request he said yes to him. nandini was with very difficulty controlling his anger. Nyonika looked at manan and asked them if everything is okay with that? Manik wants to say but nandini pressed his hand and gesture yes to Nyonika.

After dinner manik immediately went up. Nandini knew that it will be difficult for her to control him. she take ice cream bowls and went to their room.

"its not my problem k tum kya krte ho? Hum aaj tak hamari quality mein compromise krte nhi aaye aur what type of presentation you send me haa?? Its ridiculous I can't believe k kal hum apne clients ko ye presentation dekhayege right now change it..." when nandini entered in room she saw that he was shouting on his manager and nandini was expecting this.

"ku6 thanda ho jaye??" nandini asked him naughtily as soon as he put his mobile down. manik looked at her with stern expression. Manik was about to lit up the cigarette but nandini snatched it from him.

"what's your problem now?" manik asked her angrily.

"arre...arre..your temperature is so high ye to immediately jal kr khaak ho jayegi.." nandini said with sad face. Manik raised his eye brow on her lame joke.

"bahot bura tha kya?" nandini asked him but he rolled his eyes and snatched cigarette from her and lit up and start to smoking.

"manik itna gussa kyun ho rhe hai aap?" nandini asked him with so much concern.

"dekha na tumne kitna natak kr rha tha wo ...usse pata hai main hi dad aur mom ke liye sari party arrange krta hoon...aaj tak to usse kbhi ye khayal nhi aaya ? now what? Usse ab kyun khyal aaya?" manik asked her. Nandini made lay down on bed and put his head in her lap and caressing his hair.

"manik aryamaan unka beta hai jaise aap ho..uska bhi right hai agar usse ku6 krna hai to...aur ye wo sache pyar se kr rha hai yaan nhi ye to hum nhi keh skte na manik..aur kya hua agar iss baar papa ki bday party nhi kr paye to iss baat se kya aapke dil mein unke liye pyar yaa respect kum ho jayegi? yaan unke dil mein aapke liye pyar kam ho jayega? Nhi..na...then..let it be" nandini make him understand lovingly and take it out his cigarette and put it in ash tray.

Nandini put ice cream bowl on his forehead. Manik looked at her angrily and asked "what is this nandu?"

"wo I thought k ice cream thodi si melt jayegi aapke temperature se isliye" nandini said naughtily and winked at him.

"don't you think now-a-days you are making fun of me a lot..darr nhi lagta mujse ab? Shayad dose dena padega?" manik said in serious tone but he was smiling in his mind to seeing her little scared.

She take spoonful ice cream and feed him and said "thanda thanda ice cream khaiye aur cool ho jaye" manik smiled and nandini also eat ice cream.

"waise you remember last year dad's birthday party?" manik asked her and she was thinking what was special? Manik get up from bed and opened the cupboard and take out a photograph from his locker. He gave it to her she saw that photo and smiled.

Flashback:

There was party going on in Malhotra mansion. manik arranged a grand party for his father. Everyone was chit chatting and enjoying party. At that time nandini was fiance of Aryamaan. Rishabh also came with his family. at the same time by mistake lights went off and spot light fell on nandini.

Manik turned and looked at her. She was looking like angel from heaven. She was wearing white gown. Manik was taking sip of his wine and looking at her only. He was mesmerized by her beauty. After sometime lights came back and everyone got busy with again. But one person was still lost in someone who else?? But after sometime he came out from his trance and ignored her. nandini met Nyonika and mr.malhotra to wish him.

Nandini was talking to navya when by mistake waiter drops juice on her dress. Nandini asked him to direction of washroom. Waiter gave direction of guest room's washroom but nandini by mistake went to manik's room. She without looking in the room rushed to bathroom to clean her dress.

Manik also went to his room to use washroom. She didn't close the door of room and washroom. Manik came to his room and to become relax he took off his blazer and put it on bed. manik entered in bathroom and saw nandini. nandini also saw him and she got little scared because of manik's sudden entry.

"what are you doing here?" manik asked her in stern voice because he don't like when someone enter in his room without his permission.

"wo..wo..i came here to clean..clean my dress..." nandini said lowering her gaze.

"but aap yahan??" nandini asked manik.

"its my room...so I don't think k I need permission.." manik said sternly. Nandini immediately said sorry and she rushed out. She was going when her leg tripped because of high heel. Nandini was about to fall but manik held her from waist and both shared an eye lock.

They both were looking at each other intently. Manik make her stand properly, he was holding her waist tightly. Manik bend down and kissed on her neck lightly. Nandini clutched his blazer tightly. They both don't know what happen to them..he put his face in her neck to inhale her scent.

Suddenly manik's phone rang and they both came out from trance. Nandini without wasting a second rushed outside. Manik was cursing himself to doing such things with his brother's fiance. After sometime he also came down. he looked at nandini and she lowered her gaze.

After dj's announcement everyone went to dance floor. Aryamaan was dancing with nandini. manik was dancing with Nyonika. When partners change nandini came to manik. she was about to left the floor but manik held her hand and start dancing with her. Photographer clicked beautiful picture of manan, which manik take it from him and hide it in his cupboard. he himself don't know that time why he was doing such things..

In night manik was thinking about their moment and messaged nandini "I am sorry" nandini was also thinking about the same thing but when she got message from manik.

"it's okay" it was her reply and that was it...its was their last conversation and first memory which was special fro them but they both thought that it was wrong...

Flashback end:

"it was such a beautiful memory and this picture its just I have no words" nandini said looking at the picture in which they both were looking in each other's eye. Manik placed his hand on her neck and bend her down and capture her lips for passionate kiss.

Manik get up from bed and made her lay down on bed and hovered over her and entwined their hands. He broke the kiss and looked at nandini. she was breathing heavily. Nandini opened her eyes and looked at him and caressed his cheek.

"you know I can't control myself around you but for me your rest is also important so just sleep" manik said lovingly and kissed her fingers. Nandini smiled and nodded her head and manik lay down beside her and sleep taking her in his arms.

So kaisa laga??
