Well it's Thursday, Mom had arrived on Monday itself and I tried to talk to her but nothing worked. Mom is behaving like a stubborn child who is not ready to agree at any cost. And today our house has an eerie silence because just now a moment before Mom and Rishabh had a quarrel.. Now they both are sitting in two different corners shooting draggers to each other. And I'm feeling so helpless, none of them is ready to agree. Neither Mom nor Rishabh is ready to listen though he won't go without her consent but whenever he gets chance he is not leaving that to taunt Mom.
It was 7:30 in the morning, Manik must be coming at any moment, I was about to call him to tell him that I'll be on leave today but here he comes
"Hey champ..!! What's up??"
He asked Rishu cheerfully entering inside the house, don't know whether he noticed the situation or not.
Mom: who is he?
Mom asked coldly, it was clear from her voice that she didn't like Manik coming inside with full authority.
