PART- 36 SHE STILL CARES...!!
Hello everyone...!! So here I am back with the update...!! This one will solve some of the mysteries...!!

- The story had a leap of 18 days earlier... while nandini was recovering...!!
- the India track is still in the flashback... that means what all dhruv did in India in those 18 days...!! Right now I am showing 14th day of his stay in India...!!
- yashwardhan Singhania is the one who bought nandini to london...!!
- the person dhruv was following is Mr. Singhania only...!!

As the person stopped his car... dhruv was shocked to see the place...!! So this time dhruv thought of confronting... so he came out of his car...!! And made his way near that person... who was going inside the place...!!
He tapped the person's shoulder... and said..
Dhruv: YASH UNCLE...!! ( yashwardhan Singhania... the one who bought nandini to london...)
As Dhruv called out for him... he turned back... and was shocked to see dhruv... so he didn't said anything...!!
Dhruv: what are u doing here uncle...?? ( dhruv said it furiously...)
Yash: dhruv...!! I can explain just give me a chance...!!
Dhruv: chance... like really...!! Do u think u deserve a chance for leaving just like that... do u even know what nandini has gone through...!!
Yash: I understand ur concern dhruv...!! But let me explain atleast...!!
Dhruv: what will u explain haa...?? Can explain why u left...?? Can u explain why have u been hiding all this while...?? Can explain why are u standing here... what are u doing here in MALHOTRA INDUSTRIES...!! U know to whom this belongs to...??

Yash: yes.. I know this belongs to Nyonika Malhotra... the one is responsible for all the problems in nandini's life...!! She is the bloody reason...!! And I went for nandini only...!! Please let me explain...!! But I can't explain right now...!! So we can meet up in the evening... 5 at xyz cafe...!! Trust me...!! I am not doing anything wrong for nandini...!!
( yash sighed and left inside the office...!! and even dhruv left...!!)

Nandini's place... 8 am
A new morning arrived... with a big news for everyone...!! Manik was the first one to wake up...!! As he slept really early...!! He got up from the sofa... where he slept last night...!! He freshened up... and then he moved to nandini's room...!!
As he entered he found her sleeping... holding the fireflies...!! But he remembered last night she slept under the drug effect and didn't had the firefly jar that time... then he understood... she might have woke up last night...!! Then he moved closer to her...!! He knelt down near her bed...!! Moved his hand near her face... and caressed it ever so lightly... as if she was a glass doll... and might break with little pressure...!!
He kept caressing her face... moved her hair behind her ear...!! And started talking to a sleeping nandini...
Manik: Nandini...!! I love u...!! And I am sorry...!! For everything... I did... because of me... u lost ur everything... I know it's not easy for u to forgive me... and I know I deserve this...!! But u... u do not deserve this...!! U deserve a happy and cheerful life...!! U deserve to be urself...!!
SHE WILL BE HERSELF... VERY SOON...!! manik heard abhi's voice from behind... so he turned back...!! And saw him...
Abhi: haan... manik...!! She will be back... really really soon...!!
Manik: abhi... didn't u see what happened yesterday...!!
Abhi: it happens manik...!! Sometimes...!! But now it won't happen...!! ( he said happily... with a big grin on his face which obviously confused manik...) aree...!! Don't stress urself... so much.. let's just move down...!! And I will explain u everything...!! And I have called navya.. she will be here... along with cabir and alya... let them come... let navya take nandu for the walk... then I will explain u everything...!! It will be the happiest news for u... till now...!!
Manik was now more confused about what abhi was saying...!! But then moved out of the room not to disturb her sleep...!!

As they left the room...!! Nandini woke up...!! She actually awake when manik had come in her room...!! She couldn't sleep the whole night... thinking about music...!! She was scared to go back to music again...!! Then she remembered about her... behaviour... the previous evening... how she told manik... that she missed him...!! She was feeling frustrated the whole night... thinking that she is melting again... for him...!! And then she remembered what abhi told her about manik's condition... in these years... through his story... Her confusion about forgiving him or not... was increasing and was making her feel more frustrated...!! And above all she was going to start with music...!! Somewhere down she knew she can do it...!! She can get her music back...!! But still starting it after such a long time was making her feel restless...!! So she just got at around 5 am and took her fireflies...!! And slept hugging the jar...!! And fireflies actually helped her in sleeping...!!
( Though unknowingly... but she was recovering because of manik only...!! May it be the fireflies coming back to her ... may it the diary... or may it be her will to be back to herself... if it wouldn't have been manik... who made her realise... that she needs to be better for Rishabh...!! Then she would have been the same... lifeless nandini...!!
Somewhere in her heart... she knew she has forgiven him... but still was not able to trust him again... !! she heard him saying I love u... and I am sorry...!! And she was ready to to forgive him but not to trust him...!! And so to distract herself from his concern and care... she made up her mind to give music a chance...!! But least did she knew was that music will bring her closer to manik...!!)

8.45 am...
By now... navya has taken nandini for her routing morning walk... Mukti and aliya made some excuse for not going for walk... because abhi told them to let navya and nandini go...!!
Now all of them... manik cabir abhi aliya and Mukti were sitting in the living room...!! And abhi was smiling like a stupid...!!
Cabir: will u stop showing off ur teeth and do the honours to speak...!!
Abhi: Bol raha hu yr...!! ( he again stopped just to create the suspense...)
Mukti: abhi... what is.. it...?? Speak up... now it's enough...!! ( she said in full angry and irritated tone...)
Abhi: fine..!! ( he made a scared face..and then changed it again in smile...) So... I was saying... tum sab ke instruments... yahi hai naa...!! So why not play some good music...!!
Aliya: seriously... Abhimanyu...!! Here we were waiting that u will say something sensible...!! And u...
( she was Pissed now... and so we others... so they started getting up from the couch... and we're leaving... only manik was sitting patiently... because he knew If he will say anything that abhi would... tease him more... and will not say it at once...!!)
Abhi: aree... why are getting angry... yr...?? I toh just said it because u know I was missing music... and even nandini wanted to play some instrument...!! But it's OK...!! If u all don't want... I will tell nandini...!! That she cannot play music...!!
Mukti: haan... please tell her...!! ( she said it absent mindedly... as she was not listening to him properly... and then realising it... she said..) WAIT... WHATTT...!! WHAT DID U JUST SAY...!!
Abhi: I just said nandini wanted to play some instrument... but it's OK...!! ( he said making a puppy dog face...)
Shock would be an understatement to describe their condition...!! As in these two years... let alone playing any instrument... nandini never talked of one...!! Then coming out of shock... cabir... said...
Cabir: did u just said... what I heard...!! Or was I day dreaming...!!
Abhi: Its true guys...!! She said she is ready to give music a chance...!! She is ready...!!
( all this while manik was silent... because thought abhi will give some news relating her health... but listening to what he said... manik was shocked... Happy... surprised... everything... all together...)
Manik : abhi... when...?? How...?? Just tell me now...!!
With this abhi told them all about his conversation with nandini... how she agreed to give it a try...!!
Everyone was beyond happy...!! They started taking out their instruments...!! Manik made some calls... he wanted arrange a Veena for her...!! And being the manik malhotra... how can he not get what he wants...!! Within half an hour the Veena was there... along with all other instruments...!! They were all ready with the musical instruments...!! Then Mukti said...
Mukti: everything else is fine...!! But why did u send navya along with her...!!
Abhi: Mukti...!! She is the one who left music for nandini...!! So even she deserves to be surprised... so I thought of surprising her... as well... and today along with nandini... even she will play after a long time...!! So I sent her... so that when she comes back... she will be happy and surprised...!! Because if nandini is my sister... then in these 2 months... I have started seeing navya... in the same way...!! She sacrificed her music for nandini... so it's our responsibility to give it back to her... !!
( all were surprised to see the care abhi had for navya as well... and realised... that they never thought about her...!! She also left her everything behind just for nandini...!! They all never had a proper family... but navya... she had one... which she left for nandini...!! )
Mukti: I LOVE U...!! ( she was not able to express... how to praise abhi... so just said it... and hugged abhi... )
Abhi : I LOVE U TOO...!! ( he replied hugging her tighter...)

10 am...
Nandini and navya returned... after walk...!! (Whole time they talked about all random things...!! Like navya joking... nandini smiling...!! They were getting back to that... best friends zone...!! They never discussed any serious topic at walk... because... this was done to relax nandini's mind... so they avoided talking about anything that would hurt her...!! This was one of the reasons why nandini loved walks... away from her past... close to nature...!! And this provoked her to go for walk in the evening as well...!!)
As they entered the living room...!! It looked as if they have entered a music library... with all types of instruments...!! Nandini was a little less surprised as she knew... but for navya... it was a shock...!! And she was tensed for nandini... thinking how will she react...!! But seeing her all calm... she was confused...!!
Navya: nandini...!! Tum theek ho...??
Nandini: haan... navya...!! I am fine...!! Don't worry...!!
Navya: nandini... music...!!
Nandini: yes...!! I have decided... to give it a try... I have decided to give music a chance to heal me...!!
AND WE ALL ARE WITH U... IN THIS...!! Both of them saw all their friends coming out of nowhere...!!
Navya was really happy...!! For nandini... she got tears in her eyes...!! And then she hugged nandini... saying she is really happy...!!

Now nandini was sitting in front of her Veena... staring at it... and then she moved her hand forward... to touch it... but then flashback came in her mind... and she was about to take it back... she just moved her hand back by an inch...!! But couldn't move it more back...!! She looked at her hand... and found someone holding it... she tilted her head... to find... manik holding her hand...!! And nodding his head in a no...!! She kept looking at him...!! She could see the love in his eyes for her...!! She has forgiven him... so she now could see... the pure and true love he has in him for her...!! They have an eye lock...!!
Looking in her eyes... manik today could see a glimpse of that old nandini...!! He did not move his eyes away from hers even for a second...!! And moved her hand forward as he was still holding it...!! He kept her hand on the Veena ... and she was just lost in his eyes...!! When she felt strings under her fingers... she started stroking them...!! Still lost in his eyes...!! And his hand on hers... they were playing... together... though not a perfect tune...!! But still they were... playing...!!
Nandini was feeling strong... looking into his eyes gave her the strength... to play...!! She was playing... then suddenly she moved her finger a little up... causing manik's finger to touch the string...!! As it touched the string... manik got a cut on his finger...!! And he hissed...!! Which broke their eye lock...!! Nandini looked at his finger... which started to bleed...!!
She without thinking for a second... just took his finger... in her mouth and sucked it...!! Her this action surprised all of them... who standing there... but manik... he was just lost in her... the worry that was on her face...!! Concern for him... his finger was a forgotten business now...!! He was smiling like a fool...!! And nandini on seeing that left his finger and started blabbering...
Nandini: can't u just... take care...!! See now how blood is flowing...!! Dekh ke nai kar sakte the...!!! U know naa I can't see u in pain...!! ( she was just saying it all looking at his finger... and then she looked up to him finally...) Now why are u smiling like a fool...?? Wait here... first aid box...!! Navya...br...( she then looked at her... and found her shocked... that's when she realised... what she was doing...)
( She on realising... just left his hand... and then excused herself... saying that she is going for shower... as a mere whisper and then left... leaving there a smiling manik and shocked friends...)
Manik: SHE STILL CARES...!!

Phewww... finally done...!! So here I end this part...!! Tell me how was it...?? I gave a long part.. and now I expect long long comments...!!
Finally a step twards manan...!!! Nandini cares...!! After the next update... the story will move a little faster...!!
A positive step...!! Will she be able to play...?? How will manik get her trust back...?? What is Mr Singhania up to...?? Is Nyonika trying something...?? Are Mr. Singhania and Nyonika together...?? What will happen if Nyonika gets to know about manik and nandini being together...??? Keep thinking till the next update ...!!!
