I would any day want KY2 to have a season 2 with the same team because it will nail the TRPS as always because they are very loved for their work and creativity plus no OTT drama...Please guys if you have the time for it..do it for your fans and they will continue their love for KY2.

I said this many times before but I want a spin off.

Like even if Parth can't be in the second season (for whatever reason) then I think there's no point in showing "MaNan". MaNan without Parth (or Niti) is not worth seeing. So I thought why not do a spin off with the other characters? Take them out of college and make them older a bit. So their struggles in finding work, social responsibilities and changed friendships.

Show how Navya is bringing up her child as a single mum.

Has Cabir found someone else? How is his dating scene etc?

Has Dhruv found confidence? IS he well known as Dhruv and not Fab 5's Dhruv?

What is Alya doing? Has she found her own passions and interests?

And then, say when PaNi are able to, have them cameo as MaNan rather than stick them in the show and then offscreen shit happens. Have them cameo so that they still remain the essence of MaNan.

Introduce new characters whilst keeping the old characters as the main characters. Maybe they can bring back old characters like Rose or Raghav.

Basically show how the characters are coping with life when life is not just about friendships any more. They're in the "real" world. How do they cope in jobs when they can't always rely on friendships? Make the other Fab 5 characters make friends with other characters. Show a touch of reality, characters struggling to remain friends with others because of the job pressure or too much responsibility.

Show Navya working and looking after her baby. Show Cabir earning.

KY2 was a success because of its realistic approach to romance and friendship. It was mature, just like how MaNan talked about issues such as sex, homosexuality, teenage pregnancy, depression etc etc.

A spinoff could be successful too.

Definitely. Without the same cast there is no point in watching this show. The magic and effect of this show is becoz of the cast and their chemistry. Fab5 is the heart and soul of this show. If cvs think that they can go on with this show without manik then they are delusional. I am really hoping they don't exclude manik's character if they are planning season 2. From my pov manbir is one of the best thing about this show. Apart f from that manik is one of the many things that keep fab5 together and truly defines their friendship with each other. Regardless of current issues of dhruv and aliya, that has been proven many times. Anyways if this show is going to be continued I am hoping cast remains same esp. Fab5. Stupid harshad can be excluded if they want to.
