" It's just the beginning Manik. "
" Yes it's just the beginning. You have miles to go with her hatred Manik. " he told himself and sighed an upset frustrated guilty breath.

Technically it was their first night -the suhagraat . But though Nandini was then suhagan ( bride ) of Manik but that was not their raat ( night). Because complications had overpowered their next all nights.
They had still miles to go !!!!

Next morning
Nandini woke up at 6 and sat on the bed. Again that last days fiasco started haunting her fresh bright morning to turn it into a dark upset one.
" Nandini you have to be strong. It's a phase. "
She sighed and got up from bed and entered into loo and changed herself into tracks for her morning jog.
" It's better to keep yourself busy to avoid more heart breaks. " she consoled herself and walked out of her room. Suddenly something Stroke her mind. And she re entered into her room.
She was taking slow confused steps towards her balcony. And yes her intuition was right. He was there. Her sudden Husband Manik was there sleeping on the swing cuddling his knees to adjust his tall frame.
At First unknowingly she smiled seeing that man-child. She leaned closer to him to give a sweet peck on his forehead. She was just inch away Then suddenly reality knocked her. She promptly moved. She understood He didn't left last night and slept over there in spite of that cool breeze.
Though she was angry at him for taking the most drastic desicion of their lives but how could she gave punishment to her best friend to her Manik.
She then brought a duvet and wrapped him and left the room adjusting the curtains.

Morning time 7 am
Maan and Niyonika were seating at the lounge area seeping their morning tea.
Both were quite and randomly looking at the stairs to upstairs. It was like they were waiting for someone to come from upstairs. But there was no sign of anyone.
" what do you think? Did they talk about last day? " Niyonika asked Maan.
" I don't know. But I wish Manik has talked with her. Otherwise !!! " he replied and she sighed.
" I think we should at least talk with Nandu. She would still be shattered. She needs us. " Niyonika said .
" hmm we should. But Niyo as I said last night She needs Manik more . And vice versa. Just give them some time. I am sure yeh muskil waqt v tal jayega. Every thing will be alright. " Maan assured her.
" I wish Maan. Apki baat sahi ho. But !!! But they toh even not sharing the same room. She is in her room and Manik is in his. Pata nehi kab in dono ka room ek hoga. Like their differences. " she sighed and silently prayed.
" Hoga. Jarur hoga. Time can heal every thing. Bus we need to pretend that nothing happened last day. We have to behave normal to make them feel comfortable. Agar hum tut gaye toh they will be shattered more. " Maan told his tensed wife and she nodded as her husband was right. Parents needed to be strong for their broken children.

Nandini returned from her jogging and found them at the lounge.
" Nandini you have to behave strong. You have to behave normal in front of them. Don't show your mental turmoil to them as they will be hurt seeing you in pain. You have to be strong for them " she told herself for the hundred times and walked towards them with a plastered smile.
" good morning " she greeted them. Maan and Niyonika were surprised seeing her.
" kya hua aap log ayese kyun dekh rahe ho ? " Nandini asked them though the reason wasn't unknown to her but yet she tried her level best to control herself to hug them and cried her heart out.
" Nothing beta . It's just that your mom is saying me about her charity events and suddenly you came toh thora chauk gaye. Nothing more than it. You tell me coming from jogging? " Maan welcomed her with a warm smile and made her seat in his embrace as well as saved the situation.
" yaap. Last kuch Dino se I didn't go for it toh aaj socha let's start from today. " she replied with faking that relaxing mask.
The trio were very well understood each other's try to sooth the vulnerable state of other's. But yet they didn't let that came on their faces. The each one tried to make other happy.

Maan Niyonika room
" Niyo you have your charity event today right? " Maan asked Niyonika while getting ready for office.
" hmm. But I don't feel going " Niyonika replied keeping her head on the head rester of the rocking chair.
" but you have to. " Maan said. And Niyonika turned her face towards him confusingly.
" hmm you have to for her. I mean take her also with you. Don't leave her alone. Keep her occupied with events. It will help her " Maan said kneeling down to her and she understood and agreed.

" Papa !!! Are you ready ? " Nandini's voice pulled them to the hall. They were startled seeing her dressed in formals.
" papa. It's already 10. Let's get going. We are late for office. " she rightly rebuked him softly.
" Beta? You're going office ? " Niyonika asked in confusion.

Same time. Nandini room.
Manik stirred in his sleep as the bright sun beams were tried to spoil his sound sleep peeping through the curtains. He pulled the duvet over his face. He tried to turn to the other side but about to fall from the swing. He somehow saved himself from falling and opened his eyes fully just to get irritated by the sun rays .
He got up and remembered his last night encounter with Nandini and his face again hung down in embarrassment to face her.
He slowly stood up and suddenly his mind remembered that he wasn't wearing any duvet last night then how did it comes. And his heart answered back smilingly it was Nandini.
He was in dilemma about her presence in the room and how to face her. He then taking stealthy steps entered into the room but she wasn't around. He sighed a relaxing breath and promptly his heart knocks " where is she? " .
He was about to rush from her room when suddenly his eyes fell on the sindur box. He tilted it and that moment flushed in front of his eyes
" She is now Mrs Manik Malhotra. My wife. "
Suddenly without knock a smile crept on his face. He rubbed his lips and titled his head and saw his reflection in the mirror.
" why did you do this Manik? Kyun kia tumne ayesa? "
Nandini's words knocked him then and there. He couldn't held more. Guilt again overshadowed his abrupt unknown smile and he walked out of her room.

on the other side at hall
" off course mom. Actually last week was so messed up. And office works were all hampered. Upar se aaj we have an important meeting with one of our client. So I need to attend that. " she replied casually. And then turning towards Maan asked " papa shall we? "
" yeah .. let's go. " Maan murmured and slowly walked behind her out of the house.
Niyonika watched them leaving and said " My little baby don't be hard on yourself. Our happiness is lying on your smile not that fake plastered one. God please help me family. "
She turned and saw something which seemed unbelievable to her eyes. She saw Manik sneaked out of Nandini's room hurriedly.
" What was Manik doing in Nandu's room ? " she questioned herself.
" Did they ...!!!! " her mind did not let her complete her weird thought and replied " No they didn't. It won't be possible. At least not now . Not so soon. It will take lots of time for them. But I wish they will support each other in this vulnerable state. "

Malhorta Heights
" So gentlemen it's our terms. I wish you all are agreed with it. And the rest details Mr. Das will give you. " Nandini said like a perfect business woman.
Seeing her no one could sense what cyclone was going inside her. She was so cold to read.
" We are okay with all terms and conditions Mr. Malhotra. We are in. The deal is yours " the clients excitedly said and Maan shook hands with them.
" then let's sign the deal ." The other board members said .
Maan firstly signed being the MD of Malhorta heights. Then it was the turn of Nandini.
Mr. Das forwarded the papers to Nandini . She signed " Nandini M" .
She was about to write Moorthy when reality stroke her. And she slowly signed " Nandini Malhotra" .
Maan observed that with the corner of his eyes and a smile of content spread on his face. Nandini looked at him and he blinked his eyes as an assurance.
Most of the office staffs still did not came to know about the abrupt marriage of Nandini and Manik. So , with her sudden 'Malhotra' last name confused the hell out of them. But they had least courage to ask about it to her as messing with their boss' s life wasn't healthy for their future.

Nandini cabin
Nandini was going through a file when suddenly Navya asked " Nandini are you okay? "
" me??? " she took a pause and then composing herself replied " Yahhh I am fine Navya. " then murmured " Hope so I will. "

studio
Manik sneaked out of Malhotra mansion as early as he could to avoid more embarrassment. While walking out he faced an encounter with Niyonika but he managed to avoid that topic and it his mother also helped him without asking anything about last night or his turmoil state.
He came to studio and found Fab 3 without Aliya were already present there. Though all wanted to ask him his mental state but cabir had strictly prohibited them to do so but help him to recover the stage.
He was seating at the corner resting his head on the table. He didn't talk to anyone till he came.
" guys let's jam. Yaar I feel to make some awesome music now. " Cabir the mature one said to enlightened the situation.
Though no one was in mood to do so but agreed for Manik's shake.
" but without Aliya ? " Mukti said.
Then they realised one fab person was missing among the Fab 5.
" Who says without me ? " they heard and looked behind. Manik also raised his head and their eyes popped up seeing Aliya standing.
" Aliya " they all exclaimed in unison.
They came forward and hug her without Manik.
Aliya after breaking the hug came to Manik and said " I am sorry Manik . I shouldn't behaved like that. I am sorry for yesterday. Hope our friendship won't be affected by that. I am sorry. "
Though Manik was angry at Aliya for treating so bad words about Nandini but he couldn't mad at any Fab5 member his friends.
So he got up and hugged her softly in a friendly manner.
" I am sorry Manik. But I won't accept that failure. Itni jaldi main haar nehi manungi. " Aliya thought and hugged him back giving a little cozy force with a grin on her face.
