Everyone heaved a sigh of relief hearing that Nandini is doing fine.. Now all they had to do was to wait for her to be brought in the room... Manik was getting impatient... Manik was pacing up and down the hallway restlessly.. Abhi looked at him and asked Cabir "Is he like this since grade school? I mean til few hours back he pretended Nandini didn't existed in this world and now look at him like except nandini no one exists in his world.." Cabir smiled and said "Yes Manik is like this only.. Every emotion for him is extreme but this love, I mean like this I have seen him like this for the first time.. Manik is many things but scared and broken is a first.."

It was not until early in the morning when Nandini was brought in the room.. She was bandaged all over.. It was heart wrenching to see her face which showed signs of the trauma and the pain that she had been going through.. Manik caressed her cheeks and looked away in guilt... As soon as she was shifted in the room and the doctor allowed them to meet her chachi and chacha went in..

Chachi broke down as she saw Nandini like that.. Chacha consoled her and said "we have to be strong for her.. If she sees you crying like this she will be more pained.. we have to be strong and smile for her.." chachi agreed and kissed her forehead and said "nandu I know you will be fine very very soon.." and left... As soon as chachi and chacha came out DJ, Abhi, Cabir and Dhruv went in but Manik stayed out... Dhruv asked "Buddy are you not coming in?" Cabir smiled and "Dhruv he wants alone time so lets meet Nandini fast and give him the time he wants.."

Soon DJ and the rest walked out, they found Manik waiting to go in and very impatient.. DJ smiled and said "go in Manik.. She is all yours.." But before Manik went he asked Cabir and Abhi to drop off DJ and chacha chachi... Soon they left and Manik was the only one left.. He slowly pushed in the door and walked in slowly.. He went and sat next to her and kept looking at her.. Even though she was pale and tired Manik found serenity on her face he slowly bent down and slowly and gently placed is lips on hers and kissed her softly..

"I love you Nandini and this time my love for you is not gonna waiver... I know you are angry and you are right and I am wrong.. You just get up and I promise I will make it up for you.." Manik made a promise to Nandini.. "I know you are listening to me and if you are listening please.. please move these beautiful fingers and let me know you are listening.." Manik looked at her fingers with the hope for them to move but they didn't and his heart sank... Manik sat there holding her hand till the time chachi came back along with Rishabh...

"Manik.." She kept her hand on his shoulder.. Manik turned back and she said "I think you should also go home and rest its been a long night even for you and you too look tired..' But Manik refused to leave "No chachi I am just fine..I wanna be with her when she wakes up.." Chachi smiled and said "Manik she has lots of time to wake up so you can at least go home and freshen up and come back..." Chachi forced Manik to go..

Manik reached Malhotra Mansion and found Abhi and DJ both were sleeping.. It had been a long and tiring night for all of them.. Manik walked into his room and looked at the watch it was 7.30 am.. Yes it was the time when Nandini walked in with his green tea and pulled the blanket and poured water on him as per routine.. Manik smiled and took the water and poured it on himself "I am keeping your routine Nandini till you return to do it yourself.." Just then a servant walked in with his green tea.. Manik took a sip and was surprised that it tasted as if Nandini made it.. he looked at servant who told him that Nandini taught them how to make in case if she's not there ever he should not miss the start of his day with his favourite tea...

Once again Manik realized what he has been throwing away all this while.. He sat on the bed, layed down and went back in the memory lane with his stranger.. He remembered their first meeting on a bench, the anklet, the scarf in a changing room in a mall..Their fight, their attraction towards each other, the Victorian ball, the kiss under the stars, the talk and the next morning when put an end to all this by breaking her.. Manik sat down with a jerk as the remembered the morning.. "I am not qualified to be called a human.." He said to himself..

"Don't be so harsh on yourself manik.." It was Abhi.. Abhi came and sat next to him and said "yes you have done the unthinkable but sitting here and drowning yourself in guilt won't help the matters.. What you need to do is get redemption and tell nandini how much you love her and changed for her.." Manik looked at Abhi and hugged him..
