Who is going to hate whom? or just a troll

What is its meaning? I mean just a troll on kyy fans by Karan and Veebha or something is coming in story where Navya Aryamaan faceoff will occur. But for why? Nandini may be only the soul reason. I am praying that Navya should come know truth. Though her character is little dumb type still she is smarter than Nandini in these type of issues. So whatever it's if it is related to onscreen, then something is coming. Is this thing related to Niti's insta post?
