Why couldn't she need him more often like this?*
To have her fit perfectly in his arms,
That soft skin under her eyes, the creamy expanse of her waist, her luscious pink lips
To touch her here, and tease her there,
And play with the flimsy material of her dress as she prettily blushed and enjoyed him equally which she said through her eyes...
Wanting to take her to his room as he lifted her up bridal style,
That sweet fragrance of her strawberry lip gloss,
Reminding him of the first time he'd kissed her that night,
And today,
How they had reached that beautiful level in their relationship,
As if they'd suffered all throughout only to culminate at this point, at these instances,
The best days of their lives,
In no hurry to attain anything more,
No regrets for what's already happened, and gone...
Just today, just this moment,
To look into each other's eyes and know that This Is It!
