MALHOTRA MANSION
Manik stopped the car before a big mansion he came out and opened passenger door for her which brought her back from her thoughts she didn't even realise when they reached there all the way she was sitting lost in her thoughts sound of opening door brought her back she came out and saw a huge mansion she didn't knew why she trusted a person whom she hardly met twice she didn't know his name nothing about him she knew and she was standing out of his house she didn't know why she agreed with him how can she trust him this was all saying of his mind while his heart has trust in him was not even listening to her mind

Manik asked her as she didn't move andar chale he looked at her

They came inside manik called the maid but got no response and then he thought she must have gone by now as it almost mid night

Nandini was just standing in the hall its not she was scared but her mind was constantly barging her she shooed her thoughts away remembering him saving from harshad and if he had any bad intention he would have not brought her to his home she had trust in him its just she wanted to stop her mind

Then she saw a towel infront of her he was holding it and said tum puri tarah bheeg gyi ho yh lo warna tumh thand lag jaeg

She took it he saw her the way towards guest room and told her woh actually my family had gone out for a wedding but don't worry ur safe her he said with a little smile as if he understood the trauma she's going through

Manik: tum change karlo and saw her changing expression she was blank

He said ohh don't worry uhh dry yourself i'll get something for uhh to wear he left saying

He came after some time he was holding clothes she was shocked seeing clothes he was holding

He saw her shocked expression and he thought what happened few minutes back

As Manik left the room he went towards mukti and aliya's room he entered as he was about to open it he thought ohh shiit how can she wear aliya and mukti's clothes they only have western clothes shorts crop tops and she didn't seem to be that types what too do manik chachi's clothes won't fit her what to do he thought and went to his room and came back to guest room

Manik forwarded his hand to give her clothes she looked to him with her shocked expression Manik understood her delima nd said

Manik: don't get me wrong woh actually ghr pr koi hai ni and mukti aliya my friend unke clothes mh uh won't b comfortable they only wear western and chachi's clothes m to tumhari jaise do aayng so iss ly m yh le ayah he deliberately said last part to make situation light and he was successful

Her expression changed a little smile curved her rosy lips and took clothes from him

Manik: tum change krlo tb tk m dinner lagata hu and he left

After some time manik heat up there dinner and laid the table and was waiting for her

Nandini came out manik was constantly staring her this made her a little uncomfortable she bowed down her head

Manik took his eyes off asked her to b comfortable and have dinner she must b hungry she sat down

He himself served her and ask her to start he himself was just thinking that how cute she's looking in his clothes his shirt in which she's drowning long sleeves which she had folded yet too long for her tiny hands his trouser which was also big for her but she was looking too cute he had never thought anyone could look so much cute in his clothes he smiled at his own thoughts and then he saw she's not eating anything

Manik: what happen tumh yh pasand nh m sorry woh abi yhi tha and maid bh jaa chuki if u want m bhar s order kr deta hu he said in one go

Nandini noded sideways she don't want to eat but how could she express and he's doing this much for her she don't want to hurt him she made a morsel nd started eating and gave him a little smile

Manik too started seeing her he wanted to ask her what was she doing there that to in night but then he thought it's not correct time to ask her

They both finished there dinner

Manik: tum aram krlo bhut late ho gya h and uh look very tired aur kisi bh cheez ki jarurat ho uh can call meh m up right there he said pointing towards his room upstairs

Nandini nodded she went in and laid down but sleep was far away from her and she was weeping silently remembering her gud tyming with meera her scolding her caring making her eat forcefully awaking with her when she used to make painting for late in night no matter how much she's tired but was to awake with her

She drifted in sleep remembering her



On the other side
Manik was lying on his bed and was constantly thinking about her when a thought came to his mind

Manik thought what if she needed something she can't even call me no I can't take risk I should be there if she needs something

He moved down to hall and stopped there I can't go in she might b slept and he sat on couch in hall which was infront of guest room

He laid down and her face with a little smile on his face came infront of him as he closed his eyes he too soon drifted in sleep after a long tiring finally the day which brought this much with it many thing happened in a day it finally ended but its d end of the day or a new beginning


Morning
It was a beautiful morning sun has risen birds were chirping after a long day and night it was finally a new morning

Manik slept on d couch itself in night as he was not sure if she's fine or she may need anything he slept there watching closed door of guest room

Door opened nandini hardly slept in night as usual she had habit to wake up early she came out of room nd saw which was least expected Manik was sleeping on couch in an uncomfortable state as it was small and he was to tall to fit in it still he had adjusted he was half lying on floor and half on couch and his head was about to hit the floor as his half body was also hitting floor but before his head hit the floor two tiny hand stopped it


She was holding his head so that he couldn't hit the floor and hit himself when suddenly he opened his eyes as due to sudden support he was awake and the view before him was the best she was holding his head in her both hands this was d best view for him that first thing in morning he was watching her beautiful face that to so closely and her big eyes meet his brown eyes they were lost in each other they had an eyelock forgetting where they were but then reality hit her she broke the eye lock and left his head

Due to loss of support he hit his head on handle of couch and shouted a little auchhh he said rubbing his head were it hit him

She after listening it was worried and regretting for leaving him like that she came close to him and kept her hand on his head were it hurt him and started rubbing it

Now he was just lost forgot the pain he was having a sec before he was lost and how could his morning can b more beautiful he was lost in her she was having a worried luk on her face

Manik breaking her trance said hey m fine

She realised how close they were and stepped back

After silence of few seconds he again said try to ease d atmosphere good morning how r uh feeling now

Nandini just nodded in agreement without looking to him

He said I'll make d coffee for uh myra must b coming

She gave him confused look

Manik realised ohh yeah myra is d maid she must b coming till then i'll make for both of us

She nodded don't know how to make him understand that she should go now he had a lot for her

He left to kitchen

She was still standing there lost in his thoughts he's a good person helped her so much without even knowing her she should thank him

She thought for a while
Nd moved towards kitchen

Kitchen
As Manik opened fridge to get some milk in hurry a bottle slipped down and floor was all wet

Manik : shit yeh kya ho gya kam aur bad gya he thought will clean it afterwards first make the coffee and turned on the stove and kept the pan filled with milk when he heard some footsteps he turned an rush in the direction

As nandini was coming she didn't realised floor was wet and was about to slip when manik rushed toward her and holded her saving her from hitting floor she had closed her eyes anticipating that she will b on d floor next moment but then she realised two strong pair of hands around her waist saved her


She slowly opened her eyes only being lost in the eyes of owner of hands they were lost in each other

There trance was broken by sudden opening of main door as kitchen was attached to hall and main gate of hall was visible from kitchen

They heard clapping sound which made them realised there position they parted away and looked towards from where the sound was coming making them both shock what they saw
