Why didn't Aliya confront Harshad and Aryamaan?

This is little strange but seeing Harshad and Aryamaan together, Aliya didn't become surprise. Though she is suffering from her food disorder problem,but still she should understand seeing Aryamaan at her home that something is fishy. She knows her brother very well and his fab5 destruction agenda. If Aryamaan is at home, then she should be cleared about the fact that Aryamaan is with Harshad. Because she has not invited him. Atleast a question from Aliya, Aryamaan what are you doing here? I was expecting this.Atleast later she should confront Aryamaan, if cvs will remember this thing.
