nandini was sitting in her bedroom when mukti and alya peeped through the door. she was holding manik's shirt and lost in her thoughts. mukti cleared her throat which bought her back to the reality.

mu=yes, mom ne itni sari shopping ki list de rakhi ha ke kya hua we need to shop alot aur nandini hum

mukti looked at alya who didnt have any answer. nandini gave a smile and hugged her

aliya and mukti stood there like speechless.nandini smiled and clicked her fingers infront of them

Manik was sitting on the flight. from the moment he started from his home till now he had nandini and his photo opened in his phone and had been caressing it every now and then and smiling. her tears, sad face was killing him every second. how he wished he could change the situation and run back home and take her in his arms. but that was just a thought for him and all he could do was count the minutes and seconds when he would be back with her again

nandini and alya were applying mehendi on their hands along with nyonika. mukti was watching the designs and cabir and druv clicking pictures. nandini was instructing the designer to draw the best mehendi along with "M" in the design. she was also looking at the time every now and then thinking whether manik had reached dubai or not

nandini's face became pale and so was everyone else's. still she smiled and changed the pale situation.

everybody settled down in the dining area. nyonika was being fed by raj and alya by druv. cabir decided that he would feed nandini but nandini was lost in manik's thought. seeing the happy couples engrossed in eachother.. cabir knew she was thinking of manik. he lightly touched her shoulder and she came out of her thoughts

saying nandini got up from the chair and went upstairs to her room.

nandini was sitting on the bed looking at her mehendi. the colour was deep enough. she turned into crimson when she remembered about her wedding time, her hands filled with deep maroon mehendi. today also, the colour was another proof of manik's forever kove. she lightly caressed the "M" written on her palm and blushed. nandini turned towards the bedside table where a picture of manik and hers was kept. she took it and caresed maniks pic.

nandini stopped talking when she heard her cellphone ringing. she picked the call during the second ring and without looking at the screen she said

nandini blushed as soon as she heard it

m=awweee my baby [kisses through the receiver. he heard her blushing against the phone] accha i have an idea. umm turn the laptop on and come on in skype

she put the phone aside and brought the laptop on the bed and as per as his instructions she switched on skype on and there he was. relaxing on the couch wearing his regular black vest and her favourite smile on his face. seeing him after hours nandini was very much happy and her happiness was visible through her big smile

she caressed the screen and he gave her a flying kiss

at that time there was a knock on the door

manik had ordered noodles from the hotel restaurant. he took the plate and placed it on the handle of the couch as his laptop was on his lap. nandini took a bite of roti while manik ate one spoon of noodles

m=jaan i reached the hotel a bit late. thats why itni raatko room service me yehi available tha within ten minutes

nandini sighed and uttered "ur impossible manik" he was right. he was right there with her. he knew each and every detail what she was doing, what would she do... even she didnt know herself that much as much as he knew.

ha sikha maine jeena jeena [ nandini puts the laptop beside her and lies down on the bed looking at him]

kaise jeena mere humdum [shows her his phone screen wallpaper of hers]

nah sikha maine jeena jeena kabhi [nandini also shows him the picture to which she was talking]

nah sikha jeena tere bina humdum [he gives her another kiss]

hmmm hmmm [nandini goes to his cupboard and takes out his one of shirts and puts it around herself feeling his scent. manik was watching all this and wanted to hug her tightly. she again came back and lied down on the bed]

ow aasma mila zameen ko meri [points at her]
Aadhe aadhe poore hain hum [touches his heart pointing at her]
Tere naam pe meri zindagi [nandini slowly closes her eyes and drifts into sleep]
Likh di mere humdum [smiles and continues singing for her]

ha sikha maine jeena jeena [he realized she was in deep sleep]

kaise jeena mere humdum [brings the screen closer and kisses it]

nah sikha maine jeena jeena kabhi [keeps looking at her while she was sleeping]

nah sikha jeena tere bina humdum [finsihes singing ]

before closing down his laptop manik says "i love u jaan"

it was time for sargi ..mukti and alya came to wake nandini up and saw the laptop was on

mu=nandini... nandini

n=huh?

she opened her eyes and sat on the bed rubbing her eyes

a=nandini..yeh manik ki shirt???

mu=aur yeh laptop on kyu ha??

nandini remembered she was talking to manik on skype and he was singing for her. she felt sad that she felt asleep and didnt even wish him goodbye

mu=nandini kya sochrahiho???

nandini checked the time in her cellphone and saw a text message of manik. he had sent it earlier

" i know its ur sargi time. acchese khana okay?? kal saradin bhuka rehna parega so fill my tummy with goodies okay?? *kiss* aur ha bura feel karneki koi zarurat nahi ha ke mujhe goodnite nahi bolpayi. abhi bol do. just close ur eyes and feel me close to u. okay jaan?? i love u ... and missing u very much. dying to see u tomorrow. take care. --manik"

nandini smiled to herself after reading the text. she kissed the screen of her phone and got up to get ready for sargi. as soon as she opened her cupboard she saw another note kept with the stock of her sarees.

"hmm, yes it seems i managed to keep this note secret until sargi hana?? i won , and for this i want a special kiss *wink* now stop blushing aur tumhe der nah hojay isilie i have kept ur red salwar suit ironed by ramesh kaka. iron table par rakha ha, wear it aur ha mujhe selfie zarur bhejna and yes dont forget to kiss the note , ummmaahhh "

n=god manik..yeh sab tum kaise kar lete ho??

she blushed and kissed the note and caressed his handwriting. nandini quickly took her salwar suit and changed herself. she put the red shifon dupatta half around her head and quickly went downstairs. she was too much excited as it was her first sargi. and seeing all the arrangements made her even more special. nandini saw the variety of food kept on the table and also all the gifts, jeweleries kept there.

nandini was touched with each and every words of nyonika. she nodded with a sweet smile. she sat down and ate tasted the variety range of foods. she remembered maniks word to eat properly and was blushing while eating. after finishing eating, nyonika handed nandini her sargi which contained red bangles, sindoor, a beautiful shiffon-jorjet red anarkali with jeweleries and many more.

THE NEXT MORNING

nandini opened her eyes when the sunrays began to disturb her sleep. she stretched her arms and looked at the time and sat up with a jerk

her eyes fell on her phone which was showing the notification light. she opened her phone and saw text from manik

"morning manik ki jaan, ummaaahhh that was ur morning kiss. mera wala kaha ha?? [she kissed the phone screen] accha theek ha, bakika kiss wapas akar lunga. well , jabtak tum uthogi main meeting me honga so i cant call u right now. and jab meeting se bahar aunga u'll be busy with ur works. so jaan, i'll see u at night on the terrace, cant wait to see u in the red dress.. i can imagine how beautiful you will look. mathe pe sindoor, tumhare hath par woh red bangles , pairo me payal, the blush on your cheeks, every now and then the way you tuck hair strings behind ear.. i cant wait to hug you nandini, to kiss you. missing you so much. mera intezar kara. nandini began to jump on the bed after reading this text. her blush had no boundaries right now. she took one of the pillows from manik's side and herself wore his shirt and began to dance standing on the bed. from then the longest minutes and seconds were gonna begin for her as well as manik
