I just found a way to watch blocked episodes on youtube by mtvindia.
For computers
Download Hola for firefox or chrome. Once it is downloaded you will find an icon on the top right hand side. Click on the bolcked youtube video then go on the icon and change the country which will be India in this case. What it does is changes the proxy server to india and lets you watch the video.
For Apple Iphones/Android phones
You can download the Hola App and then open it and open the URL for the youtube video and do the same thing as above change country to india.
I have tried this for my IPAD and I am able to watch episode 224 on youtube.. Hope this helps all the international viewers
