Hey guys..I know most of u r not happy with manik's attitude towards Nandini but this is a story and has its own way of unfolding things. Love is something not to be forced. It takes time. Even if you are in love it may take time to realise it. Even if love happens at first sight but has to pass through a lot to achieve it. So be patient and let the story unfold. I promise I won't disappoint anyone. Just have some patience.
Part 7
"I love you Manik" Nandini whispered still hugging Manik. Even though it was a whisper Manik heard it. As always he kept quiet. In d last two years she has confessed this almost everyday. He didn't know how to reply. Yes he married her but cuz his parents wish and he knew she was aware of this so even she didn't complaint. She stood there hugging him. She was also lost in thoughts. His silence did talk to her. His helplessness was clear for her. He cared for her and he protected her that was something she didn't even expect him to do for her after the way she entered his life. She was happy.
He broke the hug and lifted her head with his finger and made her look at him. But she looked everywhere except his eyes. "Look at me" Manik said softly yet huskily. She felt a shiver run down her body. she unwillingly looked in his eyes. But her breathe got stuck as soon as her eyes locked with his. She never looked in his eyes. Was it cuz she was shy or guilty cuz his life changed entirely aftr their marriage. They were having an eye lock.
Manik's POV:
Wow!! Her eyes..its so deep and captivating. I can drown in them. Her deep blue eyes. She does loves me a lot. But y am not able to reciprocate her feelings. I know she is patient and in good terms with my behaviour but doesn't it suffocate her? Hurt her? Why do I run away from her her? Why don't I feel the same for her? Am not even able to sleep without her, let alone sleep, I can't even close my eyes without her then y? Y don't I feel for her?

Their eye lock was broken by continuous knock on the door. Both look here and there while Nandini blushed. Manik went and opened d door wearing a black vest. Dhruv was standing there. "Kya hua dhruv?" Manik asked worriedly see him standing there this late. "Bhai we have to go to London tomorrow evening" dhruv said hurriedly. "Tickets and all are ready" he said. "Kya? London? But kyun? " Manik asked confused. "Wo...ek business meeting. We can't cancel it. Its very important for our company." Dhruv said and Manik nodded "ok. Gud night" "good night bhai" dhruv replied and went. Manik closed the door and sighed.
He took off his vest and sat on the bed and sighed. "Ab London? Am tired" he murmered under his breathe and held his head. Nandini slowly came towards him and sat beside him. "Files ki alava aur kuch important hein to be packed" Nandini asked slowly. "No" he replied still holding his head. She stood up to go to pack his stuff but was pulled back with a jerk. She almost fell on him but adjusted herself and sat beside him. "Don't go" he said. Both of them sat there without speaking with a comfortable silence surrounding them. Nandini kept her head on his shoulders and in no time she was asleep. Manik looked at her side to see her asleep. He made her lie down on the bed and he himself made comfortable beside her embracing her in his arms. Soon he also feel asleep.
It was morning. Manik was the first to wake. He saw her sleeping peacefully hiding her face in his chest. His phone started ringing. He picked up his phone before she could wake. But she woke up. "Good morning" she said trying to get up. "Good mroning" he replied a sat back and took the call "hello" he said "hey mani." Said a girl cheerfully from the other side. "Its Manik get that and not now I'll talk to u later naina" he cut the call not waiting for a reply. He saw Nandini was packing his Luggage. He went into washroom and got dressed. He came down to see everyone already waiting for him. He wished everyone and sat for breakfast. "Mom me and dhruv a re going to London for a meeting. Today evening" he said while eating. "Ha harsh ne bataya tha. Do one thing take Nandini with you" nyonika said. Before Manik could say anything Nandini spoke "no ma. Aap jante heina I dnt want to go. Please" she pleaded with a puppy face which nyonika couldn't resist. "Ok if u dnt want then dnt". " but Nandini tum kabhi bhi nahi bhi nahi jaathi. Please aajao please please please. Bhai bolna USSR" dhruv pleaded. "Ya Nandini chalk na. Verse bhi u r sitting at home every day and never go out. And this time no excuses u r cmng with us" Manik ordered her as he knew she wont say no to her. She sighed and said ok. "Aare wah beta, pati me bola aur patni me ha kiya. Kya pyaar hein" harsh teased her. She looked down embaressed.
Manik and dhruv was at home that day. Manik was helping Nandini with packing as it was first time she was going out that too London. She was very nervous.Manik sensed her nervousness and said "you dnt hav to b nervous mein aur dhruv hein na" she just nodded and concentrated on packing. On the other side dhruv have booked a ticket for Nandini too. Nyonika and harsh was more than happy that Nandini agreed to go with Manik and Nandini. The day went quite fast for Nandini and her nervousness was growing and she was scared. She was not a person who liked going out or gng for parties. She liked quiet places.
It was soon evening and the trio bid good bye to nyonika and harsh and went to airport. The flight was at 7 pm.
How is this trip going to change their lives?? Is this trip going to bridge the gap or widen the gap between Manik and Nandini? Will this trip help Nandini to come out of her shell??
