As much as i hate nyonika, that dialoguea few epis ago was beautiful:

So Dishank has posted a picture in ky2 vanity. Everybody going hyper that Pandit is back. But the picture has Dhruv's shirt and Uttu is not shooting so I think it's an old picture and Dishank is just playing us.

He wants the ATTENTION 😵 Never had fame like he did while doing ky2, no matter if it was hate or love! Cause for actors it's mostly "out of sight, out of mind", and ky2 is the only fandom which ever gave any kind of shit about him, so yeah I think he's playing us too -__-
