Some things to ponder over:
Every event and track in the show is been planned much before we started shooting our first episode.
The trick is you guys need to sit and relax enjoy the show rather than speculating and predicting. Criticism are always welcomed.
Events will happen at its pace and as planned.
There can't be any heroic act of the hero if there is no big villain. And story cannot be legendary if there isn't difficult conflicts. The triumph makes it larger than life.
