And your post, brings back some great memories of grey characters, it just give me one more reason to love them the most. The grey characters are just absolutely fascinating, it really boils down to the whole no one is completely good or completely evil thing', everyone is a shade of grey, and thus, grey characters feel the most realistic, they feel more human...

As much as everyone likes the white knight in the shinning armor, we all know what his character is going to do, what is role is, but isn't that boring? While the grey characters, where you don't know what they're going to do and that makes them infinitely more interesting, they tends to put them into the land of morally grey, a mere perception of reality. what's right, what's wrong, who will decide...

Anyways, I feel Harshad will always remain in the shades of grey..

Yes indeed. That signature smirk- I missed it so...SO much!! I was sick and tired of TK "trying" to look "sexy" with his stiff-upper-lipped "smirk". 🤢 Tumse na hoga beta...tum London/Germany/France waapas chale jao!

I admit that Abhi is not a great actor but his fantastic screen-presence, his smirks and his chemistry with every actor (except Veebha), ESPECIALLY Parth more than makes it up for his abysmal acting skills. 😆

My mom said that probably they couldn't find a replacement who's as tall and as good-looking as him cause if nothing else, the audience would have gone berserk if ManShad would have been affected due to that- their similar heights and their eye-locks in which neither of them had to look down made them what they were. 😈

I really want to know why Harshad and Manik hate each other? What happened that their friendship broke? Why did want to separate fab 5?

and unfortunately yes I have read all three books...it was more to do with Jamie dornan than the content of the book..I saw the trailer...then had to read them anyhow

The CVs of KY2 run out of ideas when it comes to introducing a brand new villlann in the show every time. Can't blame them, they've put in a lot of effort on the characters that were there from the beginning, so I guess it's only prudent to stick to that cause when they don't, they have to resort to using sex as a dominating factor when sketching the villainous characters. The only thing that differentiates TK and Soha is subtlety- THAT'S IT!

And I was asking whether you've read the FSOG books cause I don't know if you've noticed but KY2 is heavily inspired from the book!

Right from the spot girl days till now- there are many similarities. The biggest of them all is probably the Harshad-Noyo angle which always gives me Elena-Christian waale vibes. 😕

well harshad most probably slept with Manik's mom...thats reason enough why Manik hates Harshad

okay jokes apart..

so far we know,

in 1971, there was a band called band of brothers, consisting of Manik, harshad and Dhruv probably..

then one night Aliens attacked..Harshad pushed manik to get ambushed and hid while Dhruv threw himself at Manik to save him and got injured himself...

after that The band broke...Harshad could not accept that, he was also feeling guilty inside for the way he acted but to mask that feeling he named that feeling hatred...

hence their hate story started...manik created another band without harshad and Harshad could not accept that...he is just the little boy who never grew up...

But yeah, I loved the last lines you used to describe Harshad's state of mind.He never even tried making new friends and probably kept hoping for Manik to come around and forgive him some day.

All this makes me feel protective of Harshad all of a sudden. 😕
