Sahar,my darling it is called bohag bihu in Assam the starting of Assamese new calender..it is different in diff places of India..they celebrate it differently..it is also known as Rongali(meaning 'fun')bihu in Assam as we mostly celebrate it with fun..like buffallo fight,cock fight and lots of bihu dancing along with preparation of different sweet dishes 😊
