One more time Nandini, practice...1 2 3 4... she was talking to herself, this step is nice, she sat tiredly on the floor by holding her head I hope I would dance well, otherwise that devil... but wait! why I m afraid of him? what can I do, he has big contacts, I got admission here just few days ago and don't want to kick out so soon...agrrr... she tried to calm herself relax Nandini its just a dance, dance for him then u r free, I swear I would never come in his way again she said whining, for the long time she was talking with herself like this.
In a morning she wore blue jeans with light pink top so that she would be comfortable in dancing. She tied her hair in a ponytail and walked out after grabbing her bag.
Navya whistled to see her, aaye haaye aaj toh sabko ghayal karne ka irada hai...she slapped her arm shut up lets go.
Manik reached college in a lunch time because of the hangover of last night, when he threw his key to the boy for parking his car, another boy ran to them... hey that girl of yesterday she is in canteen. Manik looked at his gang I thought she won't show her face again, well! interesting... let's see. He walked ahead and his friends followed.
Nandini was standing one of the biggest joint table of canteen, she was nervous when got his sight, he took his table and sat in his usual style with amused smile on face.
Music started she made her hairs free from the grip of band. Her body slowly moved with rhythm, perfect steps, perfect posture and awesome expression, she is good dancer and many times performed in her school and family functions so this challenge is not so tough for her, the canteen crowd was more than other days, suddenly his eyes stopped at her, her figure and body movements attracting him, her silky hairs messing by dance, full pink lips, chirpy and innocent smile, she was so lost in dance and enjoying herself, he looked around everyone enjoying and making cheering noise. She was so close in completing the challenge but may be that was not the time, her sandal strip broken and she fall down, Navya and Mukti ran to her for support, she moaned by feeling harsh pain in ankle, Manik stood up and walked to her in style, clapped three times...well not bad, your moves were good but I didn't like the end when u fall down and I don't think that was a nice step, I told u before I want to see a dance nice dance but u failed, so from now u will do as I say.
She stand up by holding Navya's hand and replied annoyingly... but that's cheating I completed your challenge.

They looked at Nandini with sympathy and walked away.
They reached at the locker room, he stopped and turned to her... ok so Mandakini... she glared to him and said its Nandini.

Ok so start with it, this is my locker and that's the keys... clean it and arrange it. We are at the football ground. They moved their back for going.

She looked at the locker that was bigger than other's looking like two or three combined. She opened it and found it so messy. Oh god haven't he looked at this before, she murmured. It has deodorants bottles, jell, t shirt, leather gloves, towel and sports uniform, she took it out which has written captain... hunhh... I m sure he got this by bullying other players. Then she looked at the lower shelf which has some love letter written in pink papers with some dry roses... do they girls knows their love letters getting this much respect here?, she looked at the last shelf, which has books and stationeries, some files, undone assignments and routine diary. Hah... who keeps books like this, she took them and touched with her forehead. A pic slipped from the book, she picked and her lips stretched in smile by seeing that a boy looking around 4 sat on a man's lap and kissing his cheeks, owww... so cute he must be Manik. She looked up towards roof, God why these kind of boys grows up?? She kept it back under the book.

She arranged the other shelf, rolled her eyes on stupid love letters and placed them on last shelf.

She opened her eyes, watching him going with a prayer that he won't turn back, the weird feeling was irritating her, whatever happened just few minutes before, what that means? What he was trying to do or show? Why I was afraid when he came near and I was silent too, I should have pushed him away, she took a deep breath relax Nandini, relax.
When she reached home, took a quick shower and sat on bed with her books and his assignments, I should talk to Mukti about today's class, well it's ok, will ask tomorrow, she opened his file, the name written Manik Malhotra, then she turned the pages of book, rested her face on palms with support of elbow, his age can't be more than 20, but still everyone scared of him, why he is like this and how his family allows his actions, cant they be afraid of losing him, well why I m thinking so much, he is a devil. Hunh' lets finish it. Omg when will this one week turn over? she hit the book on her forehead.
Next day everyone busy in chatting when he and his friends gave their attendance in a class, students turned silent, this much is not even an effect of teacher or principal which he has.
They took seat in a side row beside Nandini, she quickly shifted to the other corner of a bench, he said leaning hey why u haven't reported me u came?

After some time teacher entered and everyone stood up to wish him accept them, teacher continued the chapter, Manik's mobile rang in between, teacher said this is a class plz off the phone but he picked it up by giving him a look who cares'.

He made his way towards the door without giving her a look, he signaled hisfriends and they followed him, teacher was screaming what is this? Where are u guys going? But they left ignoring him.
When the class finished she went to her locker and took out his assignments, but where he is? Well may be that was important call, she kept them in her bag and started walking to the house, but in a way saw him with some boys, she couldn't understand what was going there, took out his assignment and decided to handing him, she walked fast and reached there, when he saw her asked worriedly what are u doing here?
I m here to give your assignments, he said in whisper ok give me later now go from here, she couldn't understand why he is talking like this, when she turned to go saw by corner of her eyes, some boys stood little far from them have hockey sticks and heavy thick metal chains, she got afraid and understood the situation, gulped down and made her way to the other side but somewhere she was worried too, after few steps she stopped and turned to him, he again whispered with force in his voice, go I said.
She walked ahead but one boy came to her from behind and head locked her, she was too afraid, wanted to scream but he shut his mouth by another hand, Manik and his friends were shocked and furious too, Manik shouted, let her go, she has nothing to do with it'.
He smirked ahh' so Manik Malhotra wants this girl to be out from this matter? Is she that important?

Manik stepped ahead and laughed on him' oh so poor boys crying for the reputation 'owww' u should have told me before I can give u some place under our command.

Manik took a step ahead and that guy touched his knife to her throat, stay there otherwise this girl...he punched him without letting him finish the sentence, knife loosen from his hand then he pulled Nandini to him, then again punched him twice, the guy fell on his knees, when his friends saw him lying on ground, all screamed loud and ran towards Manik with hockey sticks and all, he again gestured Nandini to go but she doesn't want to go, her legs frozen there, she was afraid not only for herself but for him too... the fight, gang wars and bloodshed these things are normal for Manik but not for Nandini she was shivering and praying so that everything will settle down by solving the trouble and won't harm each other.
They were beating each other by punches, sticks and chain... one boy came to Nandini he was about to touch her when Manik again punched him and shouted on her why are u still here? I said go, his voice was so loud and angry, she was already shivering and now his angry eyes... she couldn't control herself and ran straight from there... the whole way her tears dripping down, when she reached home, locked her room from inside and threw herself on bed, the whole incident moving on her mind, she couldn't get her mind out of it, she fell asleep after sometime hugging pillow.
