Manik didnt care one bit bout dat V. She said that she doesnt want to talk and he didnt give a damn bout it.
Bt ur nandu hd teached him to listen to other ppls. Thats why he tried to talk to her. Old manik hd left her bt this manik is nandu's manik who knows dat its not wrong to accept ur mistakes. And he hd said that now he knows bout love clearly he was talking bout nandu.

And bout dat whole V rejecting manik. Bcoz V knows manik is nt serious bout her or alya. And manik tries to win 'V' nt bcoz he ws interested in her that much its just bcoz Manik doesnt take NO as an answer. Manik wants to win her and get over with it. Bt when d girl didnt stop her tantrum he just left her.
Its only nandu whom he cant left, couldnt left.
This clearly shows dat manik just doesnt love nandu bcoz she said no to him. NO uss V ne bhi kaha tha.
Bt he loves nandu bcoz nandu is nandu.

ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE SCENES EVER! His care, his tenderness. The way he wiped her tears. Or the way he explained about the cruelty of this world. So softly as if she's a little baby. And then when she leaves, his "I hope I'm wrong". He didn't want her to lose her faith, her innocence, her light. And He would do anything to restore that back even if that meant being proved wrong. Such a precious scene. And Jeena jeena made it pitch perfect.

Yes previously manik didn't believe in love..true love...its after meeting nandini...what he feels for her..has made him realize that true love exists...he can now talk to v at the same level that she is..ie the belief in true love as he himself has experience d it..nandu has changed him..and he did acknowledge that...that's what matters to me...everything else I will just ignore...he grew up yaar...that was a high school crush ..nandu is his one true love..
