~And he ran for miles in the desert...
Hungry and tired and thirsty, hoping that he will survive.
Just when he thought, he could run no longer and would be buried in the sand, he saw an oasis around.
Tears welled up in his eyes, he fell on his knees and thanked the universe.
He was a loner and he said later...
"At that moment, it just came from within, something clicked and I was surrounded by joy, unexplained, but sheer...
I didn't know what else to do except thank the universe and it's LOVE."
I see Manik just like that right now.
The world and it's devils.
They must have been designed to be his test of fire.
As soon as he steps out of the four walls, the world wants to strip everything off him.
His innocence, his morality, his soul power, his compassion, the light that burns in him- you name it and he seems to loose it, one by one.
And when he seems to close on his oasis, why do they almost always turn into a mirage?
Is it fair?
He has been tested and tried, like zillion times now.
Litmus test abound.
And Now I ONLY see him a Soul-LESS being, secretly roaming the world in the hunt of his shining light called Nandini, while we fool ourselves that everything is alright between the bit and pieces of shared moments thrown our way.
So, Why?
Don't you think the focus presently should be on Nandini and how she steps up to him and his challenges and come out unruffled and unfazed...
Stronger in their bond, deeper in their understanding and more absolute in their LOVE.
THAT, is what's missing now.
And I don't see how a Jealousy track will help it.
Just a thought. :)
