I know I would have needed an asylum if I had this kind of relationship at 17. I have been in a 2 year relationship from 17-19 and my life revolved around him and I thought "hamesha" and it took me a year of no contact with him and our common friends to get over it. And we were not even 10% as intense at these two were😆

Speaking of music...yes I would prefer simple, original bg score...these days they also sometimes use a violin sad version of MaNan's romatic bg score...noticed it in the sick bay scene from Friday...actually most of that epi was going fine until they KILLED my ear-drums with JUDAIII in that last library scene...god.

I actually get senti over that Jaise Mera Tu song on them too...lol...like something about that song is so PURE, so reflective of the GOODNESS in their love for each other.

At that Age its more Powerfull , more Passionate and less sensible...fuelled by newly discovered Feelings , raging Hormones...and I can do anything attitude...

@Cat always makes perfect sense.

But the idea of fireflies glow for true love is for us , the viewers and probably for Nandini. Manik is unaware. The writers have given up the ending that these two loony kids are fated and this story is about their journey how they reach that point of understanding where their love is supreme. They drop humeshas like kids say ILU in 7th std. These babies don't know how to live through the promises , hence the story. They will stumble, fall and then work on it. Sometimes we expect them to behave in the ordered , perfect manner because we value their love more as we know both sides of the story and the end of this journey.

exactly, I mean even Nandu making it all about Manik, I can so relate to it, because I was never that kind, but it does take up all your life. And I even get why Alya stuck onto Manik , because when you have invested time in a relationship, you just want to give it a go for the time and effort you devoted to it even if you know its not working out😆

Are we still talking music??

The funniest thing is, whenever they have a competition or audition or jammin or sth they are supposed to come up with original music of their own...aaand, it NEVER happens. LIKE NEVER. Musicana semi final chalo I understand. But how can they sing film and band songs in a competition or an audition? Matlab this is not Indian Idol, this is BANDS we're talking about! I have this local band in my neighborhood and I've noticed that they always try to come up with new tunes and music. This is what BANDS DO.

But show pe whenever they are given a music related assignment I'm like "kay which film now"...matlab KYA? Am I supposed to pretend I've never heard those songs and they're made by Fab5 taaza taaza? 🤔 I'm not asking for unique songs everywhere but the Musicana or Manik's post-hospital Alvida or the Khurana audition song- I would have LOVED to see something original, something KY2 ( even thoughI adore all the three songs used there).

So much for dramatic liberty😳
