Hello Hello Everyone. I am Kashish, have been a diehard fan of the Forum and have seen and shared a lot of shows here. Have been watching this show silently for many months now, and have seen enough likes and dislikes for Manik, or shall I say Manik Bashing.
So all those who wish to bash Manik, please refrain reading this post further. You are welcome to leave NOW!!!!!!! But if you want to see a little bit from his point of view, if you wish to understand a little bit where he Stands in his feelings, emotions, sense of betrayal, than open your hearts and mind and lets read further. Thank you!!!!
Well, let's just start who is Manik. A boy/turning into a man who has seen a lot in his life. But right now, I am not going there, for that I promise I will come up with a detailed post with some of my best buddies in the forum.
Let's start with today's epi!!! Feb 19, 2015
She is looking for the earring, Still ... And he has already found it. Isn't it amazing. That's the very first place I felt, he is still hanging on to his love and waiting for that one moment when Nandani will understand his point. Isn't that what Nandani did to him when he left her for Dhruv. She hung on to her anger for sooo long, even after multiple apologies and everything from Manik, she still didn't forgive him. Why? Because later she said, "you said sorry Manik for hurting me, but not once did you apologize for leaving me." So if Nandani has a right to stay angry with him and then leave him in the hospital saying "we can't be together," than Manik also has a right to be angry on her for not trusting him. And I am not saying she shoukd have lied in the magistrate office, all I am saying is, she should have used her words wisely. Instead of being dumb and saying, "I am not sure, I don't know," she could have said, "he saved my life, that's all that matter to me, and I trust him on everything." Was that too difficult to say?????
For Manik love was always trust, and she broke it so easily by her stupidity. And then he came on valentine's day and gave her full chance to explain, but once again she was dumb and all she said was "I was confused, I was confused, I was confused, ..." he waited for her to say it then, he gave her the benefit of doubt, but she messed up BIG TIME.
And then when he asks her to leave, she walked away ... SERIOUSLY!!!! How can you walk away like that. Atleast she could have tried a few times confidently than just repeating I was confused.
Anyways, coming back to today's epi. He found the earring, while she was just wasting time, and then he brought it to her and asked her do you want it? And she started her lecture again. I read a few people saying on the forum, what did he mean by that, we want her to punch him, etc etc. hello people, what is so difficult to understand, he is still hanging on to his love. He is still giving her that one chance to explain and understand his hurt and talk to him about it. Instead of lecturing him over what he did to that guy in the auditorium. I mean, how about, for once she can be his woman, his love, his charm, his passion, than being his MOTHER or his SISTER or his so called FRIEND. Why now his LOVE for once.
And then she goes and say CHAHIYAY!!!! With a bland face and her hand held in front. WHAT??? WHAT???? Is this how you pacify someone you apparently love. Couldn't you have just touched his hand, or said, "not only earring, I want you back as well ..." couldn't she have tried harder. He was waiting for it. He waited for her to show some passion, which she seriously lacks, and then with that bland look on her face, he lost it again. He looked at her again, surprised and disgusted that this is how much you care Nandani that you don't have anything better to say and that's when he started fighting with his own feelings. And as much as I know Manik, when he fights with his own feelings, that's when he hurts himself the most.
He was agitated and mad at himself for giving her this chance again, for finding her earring, for letting her get into his head again, and so he threw the earring away. But before that he touched her, he felt her, just to remind himself and her what they had shared and what she is making him throw away because of her stupidity. THANKYOU for that Nandani.
And then he said exactly what he hated Nandani saying the other day ... "I know I have hurt you ... but..." In the same dumb expression. So that's what this scene was all about. He told he very clearly, I want you to come to me with a passion, a surety, and a belief that you want me in you life, else there is no point.
He goes to his friends, and tries to play the cool dude again, but this time around he has changed for good. He will never be the same again. His love for nandini has touched him deep down in is heart, far deep in his soul and he cannot let her go. Not now, not ever. He started making fun of the boy and his love emotions in the auditorium, and I saw a disbelief in his eyes. As if his heart was questioning his mind, "is that really what you mean Manik? Is love really nothing?" and when he felt his mind was losing the battle from his heart he ignored the discussion and asked for a group hug.
He knew it right there and then, he will never win from his heart.

He knew it right there and then, he can never let Nandani go.
But for that, Nandani has to make a move to patch up between them. And he deserves that move. He has been making all the right moves for sooo long now. Ever since he left her for Dhruv in episode 68. Its high time nandini makes a move, and that too a convincing one.
And then she gets expelled. He looks at her, but couldn't react, he needed time to think how to clear up this mess. He can't and will not talk to Nyonika for reasons his own, which I respect and understand. So he took her to the announcement, and told her, you stand for the right, than stand for it today and tell everyone Nyonika expelled you. SO WHATS WRONG IN THAT? Well, he showed her a path to save her seat in SPACE. But what can we expect from Nandu. dumb as always. Jahan bolna chahiyay wahan nahi bolna, aur jahan nahi bolna chahiyay tha wahan nonsense shuru.
Now what was he supposed to do. He couldn't show his vulnerable side again. He is back in his shell of being BAD, so he will play this game his way. No matter how bad he appears, he will let everyone know what Nyonika did, so someone could stand for her, or convince her to stand for herself. Isn't that proof enough that he loves her sooo bad that he can't let her go at any cost. He did what he could do? And he threw the ball in her court.
And the end, locked in the room again, with her. And just then he realized this is a bad idea; why?
Because his love for her would not let him see her cry like this,
Because his love for her would not let him stay away from her,
Because his love for her is way beyond anything ... That's when he decided, no matter how hurt he might get, he will break that glass.
May be the noise of that shattering glass would silence the cries of his heart;
May be the pain of that bleeding hand would over shadow the pain of his bleeding heart;
That's Manik. That's his love. That's his passion. That's his junoon for Nandani. And that's his promise to Nandani that he will always protect her, no matter what. Even if she doesn't love him enough to match his passion, he would still stand by his love. And that's why they always played this song for him

That's all I have to say today.
My posts for Manik will continue. I shall stand by him no matter what ... unless he gives me a very very good reason to not do that.
