No but seriously ... For me Manik and Dhruv have always been somewhat like Manik and Nandu ... Like interdependent ... Like her, it seems that out of all the friends it was Dhruv who had the confidence to walk in and make Manik laugh after the punch ...
Also I think, the way the characters have been portrayed ... Childhood friends, looking out for each other, becoming thicker bonded after the 'alien' attack... I always imagine them to be connected ... More than the rest of them.
Dhruv comes across as the silent support system that they grew up with, so obviously for me he was the first choice to be with Manik always ... And neither does his character come across as the one obsessed with music ... I think like nandini he just likes music ... Does not want to take the limelight as such.
And I am sure, that also like nandini, Manik would be consulting him on the music that he now makes !!!
