Well, I don't know if he has left or not, but they showed in the show that now he has to leaves because his condition is getting worse. I think he has left but there is no confirmation about him leaving?

Abhi to Mukbhi shuru bhi nahin huya to how can he leave.

She has to find out about his illness and fight for his life. So he definitely not going any where.
