The Star - Nandhini Moorthy

The girl who once hated stars has transformed herself into a Shining star for his man.⭐️🤗

She knows that they both are in love. She openly acknowledges that love should bring joy and happiness taking reference from her parents from whom she gets the whole concept of what LOVE is. She confessed to her new saviour in disguise ABHIMANYU that she cant let him go out of her life. So she is clear about it always. At their first encounter itself when her dear fireflies signalled her by glowing when Manik saved the jar. Without even been able to see his face she fell in love with him as she believed that whatever those tiny creatures glowing meant is true love.

Maybe I could say she was on a search spree after coming to Mumbai for her true love and for few days misunderstood Dhruv for the same because of Manik's monster image.

Later she got to know his true self and what happened was a process to their almost confession and the great kiss.

But because of Manik's hard exterior little did Nandhini know how much dear she is for him. He is a broken child. He is vulnerable and he needs her more than anyone.

Though she came to know few things that he had a troubled childhood and he carries a mask but she was not aware of how fully broken and lost he is. The mask has so much fused to him that at times even his closest buddies misunderstood him.

She thought that he is egoistic and full of himself and was deeply hurt when he chose his friend over her.

But today when she voiced her fears and said that she takes his words seriously that gave him the push to tear his mask off completely and admit her importance in his life.

She wanted an answer like he would choose her over his friends now onwards. That was a typical lover girl's expectation. But he just told her straight away that he holds her in much higher position in his heart than she expected which she didn't realize until he voiced it for her.

It was her protective caring nature for which he fell for. He saw her protecting her brother, later Dhruv. He started to wish that she protects him also. Guide him, be with him, shine for him.

The girl was with him in his darkness and she got to know his fears and vulnerabilities and gave him light and hope in that cold dark night.
She did give him light in the form of burning the papers around.

He seriously went behind her with the hope that she is the one who is capable of eradicating his darkness and when Nandhini said that she will shine for him, he was too startled by her words that his wish would actually get fulfilled.

For Nandhini this day was a revelation that how much important is her role in his life. Like her brother Rishabh who has no one in this world and expects Nandhini to be his everything, similarly here Manik also is expecting the same from her. This is not new to her and she has no qualms being such person for the one's she loves.

So she just expressed it by running towards him and hugging him for her dear life. Such a poetic scene. Never thought a scene would be portrayed on the screen with such brilliance in acting, direction and the script that even the world's best poetry could not match this for me.

Parth and Niti, if it was not for you guys maybe I would have never enjoyed Manan as I do now.
