When Dhruv let go of Alyas hand when Manik came but held on to Nandini.Hmm, his anger at Manik for making Nandu upset was also mixed up with some stupid manly guilt of doing something with Naniks ex.
Nandu is a friend, he doesn't like the fact that she is crying because of Manik.But he is not thinking of Alya as a friend in the moment but Maniks ex who he kissed.
