i'm trying to summarise just what exactly must Nandini be thinking in her mind:

1) Manik took revenge from her, he lied and made her fall him just for revenge for the punch

2) he must hate her a lot for doing such things, even kissing her and mocking her feelings

3) he did it on purpose just before the competition to hurt her so that she doesnt perform

4) he turns up at every corner and second and throws salt on her wounds

5) Harshad blames her for losing, and she knows Harshad has always been using her

6) she realises that everyone has made fun of her and that all are selfish people

7) her friend loves Harshad and she has no idea how to help Navya

8) her fireflies and what her mother has said about love was false

9) true love doesnt exist, and loves brings only pain

and finally worst of all, she was only thinking that Manik hates her, but she at least thought that Manik is single and hadnt cheated on Alya, but now with the new twist( for whatever reason Alya's name has been saved as "love", lets just imagine what she must think) she now thinks that Manik is still Alya's bf and he was two-timing her...

after all these things even if she learns about Dhruv's love for her, will she really connect the dots and think Manik is sacrificing her? will she really trust Manik back after everything?

Just my POV as a girl who for one minute tried placing herself in Nandini's position...

while answering my question, i would like everyone to please forget that "we as viewers" know Manik's reasons, but what if we didnt know, then what?

Since I have a very pathetic tendency to shut myself off far far away from the civilized world in these situations, I think as Nandini, I would've simply gone home..screw Manik, screw Dhruv, screw everyone else..just go get some sleep and plan a vacation the next day..and ofcourse, I wouldn't forgive Manik. Even if he came with a character certificate and all his sachhayi ka saboots..but that's just me being the usual crazy me🤪
