Harshad deserving SOME thing for what he did, I get it.
Cabir wanting to get back at Harshad, I get it.
Cabir being classic Cabir using a video to get back at Harshad, I get that too.
What I don't get is, how could Cabir even think of getting back at him using homosexuality? I mean, if anyone else would've done it, I could understand. But CABIR? He's the one who knows exactly how hard it is to be Gay in the Indian society. To face all the mockery! He has been a victim of it, and yet he decided to use that very thing against Harshad? It just doesn't make sense to me. :/
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I agree here. Cabir being a gay himself should not have made a video like that which actually mocks homosexuality. He shouldn't have made such videos, he should have sympathised with gay men, right? Was this the only way to make Harshad take that drastic step?

Cabir could have made a different video of Harshad & could have mocked him in public. It didn't make sense. It was just dumb thinking on the part of writers after all the efforts they put in to support gay rights.
I am trying to think in different ways how that scene could be justified. No it cannot be justified.
But then I am thinking might be Harshad have humiliated Cabir's sexual preference in public, maybe Cabir wanted to show in that video Harshad is no different. He has no right to point fingers at others, maybe that's why the audience laughed.
To say the truth Cabir has always been grey. He has leaked many videos in the past. I thought the leaked video of his pvt life was his karma. But he didn't learn, he continued to make fun of people. This makes him grey as always. What he did today was not totally unexpected.

But was it necessary to make a joke outta the homosexuality issue?
It doesn't sit well with me. Cabir being gay knows that being the butt of such jokes ain't nice. I might not have bothered about the video if they hadn't dragged a stereotypical gay character just to add a scene where Harshad gets mocked.

It's at total odds with the message they are trying to send us.

Looking, coming out of a member of the LGBT community,i din't find that insulting. I have seen insulting and mocking, I have seen people using gay characters in collage skits to make it funny and feeling completely helpless with people around me laughing and making the most insane and crass jokes about it.
My gay friend went like, Burnn! Because there is nothing more satisfying then seeing a homophobic idiot going all 'Fake! Fake, I am not gay' because that is it,he is not! He is straight and now feels horrified seeing himself dancing with a guy. Now have fun with people all around you thinking you are gay and defending yourself because you are not and still dealing with the internalized and open homophobia. This is what homosexuals and transsexuals deal with and he thought it would be satisfying to bring it upon two people who actually are gay! While they might feel helpless and even end up lying that No!No I am not gay/lesbian/pan/trans etc but this person will be telling the truth and then feel helpless when it won't matter anymore when the damage is done.

Might sound very sadistic, but what can you do.

Why are you all blaming Cabir for the Drug thing? It is Harshad who is so fond of it in the first place -- he used it on Cabir-- well, tried to then he was about to use it on a girl. Cabir just changed the drinks, that is it. Correct me if I am wrong, Cabir didn't spiked Harshad's drink, did he?
Well, at least he ended up saving someone from becoming the victim of date rape drug.

And Cabir did not make fun of homosexuality, trust me. If he would have, I would have seriously ended up hating the dude. It was actually very satisfying to see him finally doing something. I thought he was losing his touch by falling in love and all the drama. But apparently not.

If Harshad would get away from all this without a comeback from Cabir, it would be disappointing because Harshad humiliated and embarrassed Cabir's guy who had nothing to do with this beef.

THIS! 👏

We aint living in an idealistic world. Yahan tou nehle ko dehla hi chalta hai. This is what I was trying to say. Harshad got a taste of his own medicine. He was getting a kick out of making a joke of Cabir's sexuality? Yeah bro, now see what it really feels like when others laugh at you.

Good debate guys and thanks for new perspective. Just hope Cabir remembers the same lesson too and repent for laughing at others.

Cvs are totally loosing their brains.(If they had a brain to begin with)

First of all how on earth would a homosexual like Cabir who is trying to overcome the way society perceives him for his sexuality, goes to make a video and get that same society to laugh their a** off on another person.
This just doesn't make sense. 🤔
Secondly, date rape drug. I can't believe they just showed this today. Do they have any idea about the wrong message they are sending out to the viewers. Couldn't they find anything else for Cabir to do in getting back at Harshad??? I mean come on there is hundereds of ways that Cabir could have done to get his revenge instead of using this cheap tactic. He is exactly as guilty as Harshad and CVS needs to STOP using his homosexuality to justify his actions and get us to sympathize with him. When a person is wrong they are wrong period. Whether they're a girl, guy, straight, gay or whatever that doesn't change the matter that they are wrong.
Thirdly is CVS on a mission to burn all their supposedly grey characters into black?? Harshad who wasn't the good guy to begin with and we all knew he had this grey shade to his character but now it's just OTT. Gathering people and attacking Raghav-Cabir like that was just too hard to digest and believe. He is turning into a pshcho right now.
Cabir who is has turned into a hypocrite today after that Harshad video.
I think Cvs need to pay attention to where they're heading. I'm beginning to wonder if the scrip writers are writing their scenes when they're high on something. 😳
Ps: sorry for the mistakes I'm writing this in college

It was so damn stupid of me to forget that in these 73 episodes, not much time has passed.Character development aside, these people are who they are and it is not going to change just because they are maturing and learning stuff in different aspects of their lives.
Fab5 is not good, they just are and that is how it will always be.

Remember the day Manik told Cabir that Harshad spiked his drink? Cabir said that he is going to do something about it. He didn't agree to it when Manik said that for now they should just leave him alone.
That time after Manik left, Cabir had this expression on his face. I knew he as going to do something but then the story kept moving on and I forgot about it.
So Cabir did something about it.

On a different note, a girl was saved thanks to Cabir. I would say, Straight people should be thanking him for saving her from getting date raped.😆 Seeing how he shamed the Hmosexuals., aapparently

And seriously, this is hilarious because I dont know why you would think he is making fun of homosexuality or that Manik was laughing at Harshad dancing with a Homosexual guy. Or maybe he was a transsexual, who knows?

No, Cabir humiliated the guy who has been at his back as if he was Sherlock Holmes and Cabir is some major criminal. The guy totally ruined Raghav and Cabir's date night, brought Manik with him. Tried to get him stoned on drugs and then recorded a genuine and private moment between two people who are in love and wanted to use it to get his revenge and break fab5 and in the process ended up messing with the person Cabir is in love with.If they could do something so drastic with Shahid for having a crush on Mukti and expressing it on fb. Well, I felt it Cabir kind of went easy on Harshad.

I don't know what you expect but people like Cabir and Manik, they don't lose their edge. They will change and grow up, but who they are is something which had come to be due to years and years of experience and habits, it just won't go away because they are falling in love and being influenced by new people. They will grow up to be those bada** people who care about what is theirs -- their people, their family, their relationship, their success with mean streaks who would destroy their rivals and opponents by any means, seriously any means.

They gave just stopped showing us that side of fab5, but they are still the same people. They don't and will not care for anyone else except for the five of them and the people they care about and get attached to. If you end up expecting more, you will be disappointed.

Cabir might be a different man with Raghav,Manik might be a changed person with Nandini. In the end though, they are Manik and Cabir only.
And actually this was more realistic.Because what was the last time they just let go of something without doing something about it?They don't let go of the most trivial things. Harshad following Cabir around and then spiking his drink wasn't trivial.

Unlike Manik, Cabir isn't someone who does confrontations physically. He is not impulsive either, he doesn't react and he keeps things to himself and uses it if needed or just forget about it.He said that not everything can be solved with fights.

Doesn't mean he is not going to do anything about it. Because not doing anything about it is not Cabir. Manik solves his problems with his fist and anger and cutting words, Cabir with his planning and mind games. Manik wasn't stopping Harshads dhulai if Nandini wouldnt have stopped him, either. Consistent to the characters, that is what it is.

I don't know -- just like I couldn't bring myself to hate Manik for doing this to Nandini and that time going monster on her and hurting her.I can't find myself hating Cabir either. Because that was consistency in Manik's character and this is the consistency in Cabir's. I don't want them to just do a 180 on all of them because they are the good peeps and be done with it.

And I might not be a good person, actually no I an not.I can he cruel and insensitive and behave with people the way they behave with me. Because I laughed at Harshad's video. And I looked at Manik and Cabir and went like 'kamini hai dono' but again I already knew it since the 2-3 episode... and still watch the show for these people who are no heroes.

Because I am all about the LGBT rights, i don't label myself as anything and have tones of gay and trans-sexual friends and still it was funny.
Because after seeing what a homophobic bas*ard harshad is, it was amusing to see him standing there looking around trying to tell others that No, this is all fake.I am not gay. Because yep, it was fake . Completely made up and a lie.Because yeah Harshad thought he will hurt Fab5 and ruin their reputation if people knew that a gay guy was gay and in love.Because he didn't even think about Raghav and how the guy has supported him at times against fab5 and never was partial towards them.

Because there wasn' t anything funny about the video harshad leaked because there wasn't anything fake in it, it was just how it seemed. Two guys in love hugging and kissing each other.A moment of reality people can't digest.

And my actual problem with Harshad is how he does not care about anyone else but himself. His complete disregard of hurting people who have nothing to do with his hate for fab5.

And Cabir said that if he wants to play it this way then so be it, yeah he didn't put Harshads video on Internet or showed it before. He has been not himself, or I felt like it because it was all clouded by the intense emotions and feelings. But Cabir is Cabir and it was just a reminder that the guy hasn't been replaced by a love-sick puppy. When Harshad, AGAIN! came to make fun of AGAIN! Raghav and Cabir having a private moment. I was like DONE! SO DONE! So tired of this constant mocking and Mardaanagi being shown, like seriously I can see the 'Superior Man, Superior Male' clouds hanging around Harshad. I was irritated that Cabir wasn't doing anything. Manik running to punch Harshad for the f**kery is not enough for me.

Didn't Harshad had enough of it? Had he not done enough damage to ruin their lives. He has been a constant threat on Cabir's back and knowing that Harshad tried to get him drugged made Cabir realize that he needs to tell his friends everything about himself and Raghav. This lead to the tension between them and the break up. And then, He just had to come on the stage and mock Cabir and Raghav's love.Oh so how did your love story started, please tell us. Where will it go?Dude none of your business. Take your sense of superiority and straightness complex somewhere else.

Finally, He got to taste how it feels when people make fun of you for your sexuality. And on top of that, when they assume your sexual preference without even asking you because you acted in a certain manner. He thought it would be amusing to expose just how gay two gay people can be, no? Well, thanks for helping in showing how NOT straight, straight people can be at times because sexuality is fluid.Have fun convincing people of your truth while they think that you are lying when homosexuals and transsexuals have to lie to protect their own truths. Irony🥱

Harshad ruined Cabir's life but he had it coming no, because Cabir deserved it let's say.. But he got Cabir's love involved in it. He fuc*s up Raghav's life and then comes proudly to announce how he did it by making the clip in front of everyone. I was like dude Cabir, just gonna stand there and let him talk shit about your love and your man? Because this whole beef is between fab5 and Harshad.Raghav had no place in it and should not have been dragged in this in the first place.
Had it been Harshad humiliating and embarrassing Nandini to get back at Manik, I would expect Manik to teach him a lesson. He would have done it in his own way, Cabir did it in his own.

In Cabir's place I would have thrown the idiot in a gay bar after getting him stoned and asked my drag queen friends to teach him a lesson. Because even I am not up for blood and violence. Yeah, I might be mean and like my revenge but not by beating someone up to coma with bunch of other people.

And Harshad just threw himself at the guy. The guy was like, what the hell you want something? They weren't making fun of the gay dude. In fact, it was refreshing to see the Straight one throwing himself at the unassuming gay guy. In the end, payback is a bitch and Raghav might leave and RagBir might end up separated. But at least I know that Cabir fought and didn't back down due to the fear of what Harshad the Jerk will do next. Seriously,I will make all my LGBT friends see this to have a laugh. You might think that is wrong or sadisitc, but the world is not so ideal and everyone is just full of good and bad. I am over all a pleasent person, but there are some things even I can't stop myself from doing. Like, laughing evilly when Homophobes and Misogynists get their as*ses handed to them by L.G.B.T. people and Women in general.

At least, it wasn't Harshads true secret. He should have been more careful, because it never feels good to have a part of you want to hide come out in the open for everyone to see.
