If you Guys noticed the Precap, Dhruv actually asked Manik to set aside his feelings for Nandini for his sake.
He says, "Despite of my attacks and all, she makes me feel confident that I am perfect. Please don't spoil it. For my sake, Can you keep aside what you are thinking about her?"
In short, Dhruv asked Manik to sacrifice his love 😉
